We could not be more impressed with this condo. The decor is very updated with lots of attention to detail. The view from the deck, with nice bar height furniture, was spectacular. The pool was clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient to all areas with restaurants. The trolley access is a short walking distance away. It was perfect for just the two of us.

The condo was absolutely perfect for our stay on AMI. The location is fabulous and we loved being able to walk such a short walk to the beach! Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this property. All aspects of our stay were great and Kim was very helpful when we did have a few minor problems. These problems were resolved quickly & efficiently. Already thinking about another stay next year or year after!

The condo was super clean and a fun updated style. The beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! Easy access to the beach and the island trolly service. We loved the large warm pool…we were the only people using it. The condo was very quiet and we couldn’t hear the neighbors on either side...It must have thick cement walls. We will be back!

This was our 1st time using VRBO. I was a little nervous since we were arriving after midnight. Everything was exactly as explained. The owner was very accommodating, the beach was beautiful, and the condo was perfect for the 2 of us. I would recommend VRBO and this property!

This condo checked all the right boxes. It really is right on a very nice, white sand beach that was never crowded when we were there. The unit supplies beach chairs and the "walk" is minimal. The balcony faces west so you get a great sunset view every day. The unit has new appliances and there was nothing that we needed in the kitchen that we didn't find. It was great having the washer/dryer in the unit. This part of Anna Maria Island is not quite as congested as the southern part but all island restaurants are still pretty near. Here's a major plus: While we were there, the hot water heater failed (even though it wasn't very old) and our host Kimberly was there in no time. She pulled other people together and they were working on a solution right away. That's the kind of responsiveness you really appreciate! We would gladly stay there again.

If you are looking for a quiet, comfortable and relaxing beach getaway, this is the place! The newly renovated unit is immaculate, as well as tastefully decorated with quality furnishings, bedding, linens, including two comfortable beach chairs and umbrella, provided by the owner. This well-equipped unit is located on the second (and top) floor and has a balcony that overlooks the beach. It offers a table and four chairs for outside dining and for viewing the gorgeous sunsets over the water. Two outside grills are available and close and a parking pass is provided for a spot allocated to the unit. Our stay began over Veterans’ Day weekend and we experienced a problem with the AC. After unsuccessfully attempting to solve the problem, we contacted the owner. Even though it was a holiday weekend, Kim responded immediately and sent a repairman who had the unit up and running within two hours. Kim was pleasant and responsive to our concerns. If you are looking for a carefree and enjoyable vacation, look no more! Fabulous!

My husband and I had a wonderful time staying at Coconuts in Anna Maria Island, FL. The condo was decorated absolutely beautiful and had all amenities we were looking for including a washer/dryer in the condo. The property manager was great to work with and was very attentive to all our questions and needs. We plan on coming back to Anna Maria and hopefully we can stay here again. Thank you !!

This condo has been recently remodeled and is beautiful! It was very well stocked and even had 2 beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella to use. The living room and bedroom each had large tvs. The 2 queen beds were new and comfy! The ocean front balcony table and chairs are perfect to sit out and watch the dolphins. The whole complex is older, but getting a makeover. The pool was being redone while we were there and many other updates are being done. Everything about this condo is perfect!

We absolutely loved this property. It was so beautifully decorated, everything was updated and it was spotlessly clean. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there! The location is perfect, and it truly is steps to the beach. The gorgeous views from the balcony have to be some of the best around! We will miss watching the beautiful sunsets each night, and waking up to those turquoise blue waters each morning. Thank you for making our first stay at AMI wonderful. We will definitely be back!
