This was an absolutely perfect house for our family for our 4-day weekend with family. It exceeded my expectations!

Super beautiful 2nd floor condo, with a roof top deck with ocean views and a view of Wonderland's ferris wheel! The kitchen was well stocked for the few times we cooked in, and we appreciated the extra beach chairs and beach umbrella supplied for our use. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this condo again in the future.

We had a great time at OC NJ !! This house was perfect for our family. The layout was awesome and there was plenty of space. The rooftop deck was a nice bonus and having the extra parking was awesome! Not to mention, the walk to the beach was so short that you could run back if you needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Scott!:)

We had a wonderful stay at our beach ‘home’ for the week. We highly recommend this property, especially for location to beach and boards, parking, and cleanliness. The only downside for us, with 2 kids under 3, was there was quite a bit of glass furniture (dining table, coffee table, etc) so it may not be the right fit if you have rambunctious little ones :) Thank you, Scott!

Loved the house, close to the beach and boardwalk but just far enough away from all the hoopla to avoid the crowds. Scott was great to work with throughout our vacation. Looking forward to staying again. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay or a better place for a relaxing vacation.

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City and this house was just perfect for my husband and I and our two kids, my brother and sister-in-law and their two kids and my parents. Everyone had enough space to get down time when needed and we never felt crowded or on top of each other. We loved the open floor plan and the use of the decks. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were glad to have use of some of the beach items in the garage. The wagon was especially enjoyed by our kids for walks on the boardwalk. We loved that it was quiet and we weren't right in the middle of all the noise from the boardwalk, but that it was only a short walk when we wanted to be there too. The kids, ages 2-5, all did fine with the walk to the beach, boardwalk, etc. Scott was great to work with and was very prompt and clear in all his communications. What a great house. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.

Close to beach, clean property

We had such a great time staying at this property! It was just a short walk to the beach and with three kids ages seven and under this was a huge plus especially the use of all the extras provided such as beach toys and the wagon. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of the property especially at the end of the season and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property, the vaulted ceilings, the views from the decks on either end and the roof. The great room/kitchen/dining room/family room was very social. Our host Scott was very responsive. We liked being just a few houses from the beach and the less commercial end of the boardwalk.

The booking process was very easy and the property owner, Scott was a pleasure! His response to questions were very fast. The house was beautiful and clean. We had my 81 year old mother with us and her enjoyment was that she lounged on every single deck! We spent most of our time just relaxing on the decks after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was a breeze it was so close. The house was located in a convenient spot to the beach and boardwalk. This place is a gem! We would stay here again!

We loved this house ! The roof top deck was awesome & we were able to watch the Night in Venice Fireworks without leaving. The kids loves being so close to the boardwalk. The owner is super quick at responding & very friendly!!!

The house was described to a T in the description and the owner was very helpful during the entire process and stay. The house is a 2 minute walk to the board walk and beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Scott’s place was a quick walk to the beach and had plenty of beach toys and accessories to make for great beach days. Super close to the boardwalk attractions and property was the perfect size for our two families. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to our next trip already!

House is very nice,as described. Owner is easy to access. Location is great , not in the middle of the boardwalk. Well stocked..

Great location, lots of room. Use of garage was a plus, since many don't allow that. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cookware. Nice deck furniture! Interior is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Very accessible owner with prompt responses. 2 back bedrooms could use better room darkening curtains...that's the only constructive criticism I can give. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented this for a moms’ getaway weekend and just loved it! The pictures didn’t do the place justice. It was clean and beautifully decorated and there were nice common areas inside and out. The bedrooms and layout worked well for our party of 9. The location couldn’t be better—quiet yet close to the beach and boardwalk. We had a minor hiccup with check in but both Vrbo and the property owner Scott were courteous and responsive so everything was smooth sailing for the rest of the weekend. We’d book this place again in a heartbeat!

Great location. A block and a half from boardwalk. Having beach equipment was a big plus! Communication with owner was perfect. He answered quickly and thoroughly. Hope to stay again!
