We really enjoyed our stay here. It was better than expected. One of the best views of Table Rock Lake in the area from a nice large deck. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed for our family group. We are hopeful to return again next year.

Great location, nice condo. Would recommend.

the electric grill was not clean and in pieces. Not enough bath towels. no wash rags in kitchen. some stains on carpet. Needs blankets available. Ice dispenser broken but it still made ice. Overall nice place.

Only feedback I would provide to make it even better: 1. There were not enough towels for everyone so I would suggest more towels 2. The TV in the main room - the cable did. It work for the entire visit. So needs to be looked at. 3. In the Master closet by the desk there was what looked like a hole in ceiling (like attic space) where it was open and trim had fallen to the floor. 4. The sliding door to the patio was catching a little bit when you open it so you just had to be careful and sometimes it wouldn’t open. All in all - would definitely stay in this unit again

Fabulous updated condo with a beautiful view. We have rented quite a few condos on Indian Point over the years, and this is definitely one of my favorites. Plenty of space, great kitchen, and most importantly to me...a lovely patio with comfortable furniture to enjoy the view of the lake. The condo also has easy water access, a definite bonus. We only had one small issue with the drains in the bathroom and Paul was super quick to respond and fix it. The free tickets were another added bonus. We utilized several of them, including Silver Dollar City. Dealing with the ticket company was very easy and saved us a good chunk of money. Thank you for that perk. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we look forward to coming back.

One of the nicest condos we've ever stayed in. Only hiccups were that some of the beds weren't completely made, and bath towels had been hung up damp when we first arrived. Absolutely would stay here again! Highly recommend this property.

We had six adults stay in the unit. It was nice and clean, but unfortunately we only found four washcloths in the entire unit for two nights stay, with 2 in each bathroom. There were plenty of towels, but not washcloths. For six folks and two nights, 8-10 was what we expected to find. Also based on the description of the couch we thought we had a pull out bed in the gathering room, but it was not a pull out. One person slept on a couch and not a bed, which was not the best scenario, and we chose this unit because we thought it had this bed. We needed it. All in all, no complaints, but it really didn't fit our needs as a family.

We loved the place. It was clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. It is close to the attractions and we had a great time. We would like to come back next time! Thank you Paul for a great vacation!

We loved that this property had plenty of room for a family. The view was beautiful. We also enjoyed having TVs with cable in each bedroom for us to wind down from a busy day in Branson. Tip: Key code may contain a # symbol. We panicked a little when it didn't work at first and the host's voicemail was full. The full voicemail is the reason for the 4 stars on host communication. But otherwise we got check-in information in plenty of time.

It was easy to rent and communication with the host was great. Property was just as described and it was very comfortable and accommodating for my family. I will be renting this property again in the future

Beautiful location

The overall experience of renting this condo was very simple. The condo was perfect with everything needed available. We would definitely stay there again.

We headed over to Branson for a four day weekend to celebrate my son's 5 birthday with his grandparents. Everyone ABSOLUTELY loved it. The views are so pretty from the top floor. Silver Dollar City is a quick drive down the road. The condo is large and we all had enough space. Condo was clean and we appreciated that there were enough staple items to get us started - trash bags, laundry soap, dryer sheets, TP. etc. We will be back. !

There was a loud bar and grill right next door. The water smelled like sulfer. There was a screw sticking out of a chair that cut my daughters leg.

We absolutely LOVED this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5. We were so busy with events that we didn't get to stay at the condo much but it was very nice to come back after a long day to comfort. We would put together puzzles or watch a movie in the living area before bed at night. :-) The only thing that was not very pleasant was the water from the well became very smelly after the 2nd day there. Overall though, the stay was very NICE. Thank you!!!!

One of our favorite places to stay. The layout is an asset for our family getting together and the office makes a perfect spot for a pack and play.

The location was perfect for what we had planned to do that weekend. The condo set up was nice and the view was pretty. The only issue we had was the cleanliness of the condo when we arrived. The floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed. The owner was very quick to respond to questions we had before our stay.

A fair warning that the water would smell horrible due to issues that had been going on for the past year would have been nice. We got there and it was just not clean. Brushing your teeth with foul smelling water is the last thing I want to do on vacation. The communication all around was 2/10. When issue was brought up, “it is what it is” was the reply.

The condo is awesome! The kitchen rocks. Everything you would need, except maybe a waffle iron. It would be nice to have more bathroom towels, too much time doing laundry. The deck was great. I has sun blinds. The grill does need replaced. Also the hall bath has a leak that needs fixed. The flooring in the dining room is coming apart. The parking lot is a bit ridiculous. One spot for each unit, and a fight for the others. The lot was especially tight with the two boat trailers parked there. Overall its still a great place, and was a great lake view. Good place to fish from the banks.

We stayed here last year and it had all the kitchen supplies and everything you could need. View was beautiful and lovely deck with comfy furniture. So great, we will stay there again.

My family of 5 with 3 teenage girls was very comfortable in this condo. We were able to have our own spaces with plenty of room in common areas. The views from the living room and balcony are nothing less than spectacular. The updates in this condo are all very nice. The area is quiet yet close to everything happening in Branson. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Branson!
