Staff awesome, room clean, quiet, and very close to restaurants and shopping. Right next to the freeway to continue on your journey. Did not take advantage of the continental breakfast but that was ok enjoyed my stay would book again. Seems like they are remodeling rooms.

The toilet bowl was not clean and showing some molds inside, the sorrounding was too loud and we were not able to sleep all night! The rooms was not spacious.

Nowhere to store or hang clothes— no closet or dresser. Also, ALL rooms have private bathrooms—even thought the Booking.com website seems to suggest — and upgrade and bill for—a private bathroom.

Was clean, the staff were very helpful. Felt very safe there.

The beds were very uncomfortable, no bath mats available, bath tub needs some kind of hand rail to enter and exit (very slippery).

it was cleaned, but I booked for non smoking room and I got a smoke room. They told me it’s a non smoking place. It was a horrible experience and full of smoking smell everywhere.

The breakfast was not good. Actually nothing was in the breakfast.

The traffic and the lawn was being done or cleaning or the concrete which last 3 hours which I had gotten back from driving 10 hrs and wanted to rest. Had to put pillows under my door to keep noise out.

Did not feel entirely safe due to location. I don’t necessarily like rooms opening to outside off busy street. Air condition was VERY noisy.

Very dirty, everything in the room is either dirty or broken

Breakfast? If coffee and a prepackaged cold pastry is considered breakfast that is sad. The room had 2 beds and a out 10 inches between the beds,no bed side table or lamps. The lamp on the table was burnt out or just didn't work ,the electrical outlets were so old they wouldn't even hold my plug to plug in my phone.

Location was fine. Parking was fine and close to the room.

The answer to every request was "sorry, no, because we're remodeling." There was no breakfast, no place to hang clothes in the room, no dresser, the lamp did not work. When I asked if any of the rooms had a closet the response was "not for like 3 months from now". When I asked about breakfast I was treated like I should have already known about it. That is the reason that when I make a reservation I try to talk directly which I did in this case. None of the remodel status was disclosed in that process. Very dissatisfied.
