I liked that it did have everything there I could cook and wash.

it didn’t have anywhere I could hang my wet clothes when washed ie clothes horse. also the neighbours above were very loud and they had a dog that barking at 4am that woke me so wasn’t ideal I could hear everything

Location was on the outskirts of Key West, great for parking our car BUT had to pay for parking in the heart of Key West or take an Uber. Ideal for 4 adults and having a washing machine and a dryer a bonus.

Our view was mainly of the airport so quite noisy. The apartment was rather tired and the showers need a refurbishment.

Clearly there was no breakfast. The location was ideal for us as near to the airport. We gained access and were pleased with our spacious and comfortable apartment. There were no supplies and we ordered a pizza which arrived OK. There is a small shop very nearby and it would be useful to inform guests of its whereabouts.

Nice place. Clean and cozy. We needed maintenance to replace a battery for the fan and they were really helpful.

Cleaning fee very ridiculously high. The place was clean but not $280 clean. No coffee or coffee filters. They sent me a million emails and messages.

great apartment with all the facilities we needed.

a little difficult to find as apartment numbers weren’t visible when driving around the block. putting the number above the garage rather than down the inside would help. Taxis into and from town quite expensive at $20 + each way. couldn’t find where busses ran to and from. information in apartment would help.

sofa bed was not suitable and there was construction next door starting 08h00 am on labor weekend

the bedroom beds were very comfortable and I liked that it had a covered parking spot for our vehicle. the kitchen area was fine but not very spacious for a family.

The pool was dirty and it felt like bath water. We were so hot from being out most of the day we were so eager to get in the pool and it was so warm, we didn’t last more than 5 minutes we were very disappointed. the chairs and surrounded area at the pool were very old and rusty. The sofa bed was so UNCOMFORTABLE we requested an additional toper or anything to add to it and the person on the phone said she will contact housekeeping and we never received anything or got a call back. The shower by the entrance of the apartment was not working properly we couldn’t get the right temperature to work like the other bathroom, it was not working well so the five of us had to use 1 shower. overall disappointing as we had to figure out how to fit 5 grown adults in the beds we had as the sofa bed was so uncomfortable.

For an air b&b usualy have more supplies didn't even have a broom to use no foil or baggies to use Also no information about ideas for what to do around the area

we had someone park in our space 144 while we were out. it was a big inconvenience

the pool

wasn’t allowed visitors in our unit especially when it was a holiday we intended to spend together.

Room was and excellent value. Would stay here again for sure. Room was beautiful, clean and the beds were super comfortable.

There was nothing to not like really. Room had fruit flies around the sink which was the only thing.

These suites are awesome! So well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious. Check-in was smooth. Beach is 3 minutes away by car and downtown 10 minutes by car.
