I want to start out by saying we have used VRBO over 20 times. Owners, you want to succeed in rentals for your condo, the 2 most important things are communication and cleanliness. Tim and Julie, the owners of this condo, fully understand these 2 important things. Of all the condo's we have spent time in, in various places, this easily rates in the upper 5. If you are going to Wrightsville Beach and have 4 people staying in a condo, and don't stay here, shame on you.... Thank you Julie and Tim, Gary and Karen

Could not have asked for a better experience all around - the condo, location, and host were all incredible. Everything was thought of, easily accessible, clean and nice. I grew up coming to Wrightsville Beach and this was the most enjoyable trip. We will be back!

Beautiful, clean condo with everything you need for a family that cooks their meals at home. The property is very good, pool is clean, shower area is neat as well. Chairs and beach cart provided. Hosts are responsive and very nice. Definitely recommend this property!

Our son married a young lady from Wilmington. We live in Arizona so my husband and I and the grooms sister and her husband stayed there for family vacation/ wedding weekend festivities. Beautiful place and location.

If you enjoy a bright, inviting, beachy and super clean condo, you will definitely enjoy this one at Wrightsville Beach. Tim is truly helpful and is always available when you have questions or need assistance. First floor convenience is also a plus. Close to restaurants and the famous "walking and running loop". Perfect condo and perfect host!

I have traveled all over the world but I must say the owner of this condo exceeded every expectation. He was totally available and met us on our late evening arrival to insure we were comfortable and familiar with our condo and the property. The great news is everything was perfect for our entire stay. The condo was like staying in someone’s personal home as it was decorated and comfortable as you could want. I will definitely return to this owner's condo again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. This unit was very clean, comfortable, well equipped & located. The view and decor were lovely. We enjoyed walking the beach, "the loop" and to restaurants. The owner, Tim could not have been more hospitable. We hope to return soon.

Perfect property. Well appointed everything you would need. Wonderful beds. Beautiful sunrises from the living room. Got a low country boil from Topsail Steamer. Fabulous. Aquarium was also very nice Host was very thoughtful and met us at the condo to take us through and kept in touch. Highly recommend

Watching the sun come up over the ocean with a cup of coffee on the balcony....it doesn't get any better! A beautifully decorated, comfortable condo in a very conveniently located area. We walked "the loop" every morning, walked to lunch one day, to dinner another. It was great to have Tim meet us at the condo to help get checked in. We would love to come back!

Great location, pool view, stayed on the balcony a lot and the high chairs are a great idea and very comfortable. Decor inside is nice and kitchen had everything I needed for morning coffee. Excellent property and owners.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath perfect for our 4 night getaway with adult children. Great location and walkable to so much! Fabulous ocean views over the pool.

This condo is perfect. From the decor to the amenities and location....it has it all. Tim, the owner, gave us a private tour and explained all the procedures. The beach wagon and chairs were such a nice bonus. Will totally book again.

My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. The beach cart and chairs made packing and the short walk to the beach so easy. We also walked to shops and restaurants and did not have to use the car. The first floor made getting to and from the condo quick and easy. Definitely recommend this well-equipped, renovated and clean condo!

We had a great stay at Tim and Julie’s condo. Beautifully appointed and perfect location, it was a relaxing weekend away! The condo is well stocked, beds are all comfortable, and Tim was very accommodating and responsive as we arrived and got settled. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This was our first time visiting Wrightsville beach and we had an awesome time! You can't beat the location. We walked everywhere! The owners were flexible and communicated with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure everything was as expected. They went above and beyond to make certain we enjoyed our stay. The condo is pristine and beautifully decorated. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and loved our time spent here!

The owners were very attentive. Tim checked in with us almost daily by text to see if we needed anything. The amenities are very nice with easy beach access.

This condo was perfect for us! Very clean, perfect location, great pool and oceanfront views. Tim was amazing as the host! Having him meet us upon arrival, give us a tour, and check on us throughout our stay to ensure all was going well, was truly a step above the rest. We will definitely be back again soon!!

Super cute condo in the heart of Wrightsville Beach. Tim’s place is well appointed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, the tennis courts, and ocean views from the deck.

Beachfront, pool, close to restaurants and shopping. A bit antiquated with the key system throughout the building. Hopefully they upgrade to a keyless entry to access building and leave premises. Other than that, a perfect location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our "much needed" vacation in Wrightsville Beach at this wonderful Station One condo. The owners, Tim and Julie, are super accommodating, always keeping in touch making sure we had everything we needed. It is centrally located. The condo is well appointed, super clean, bright and cheery. Well stocked with everything we needed. They even have beach equipment, which we happily used and were grateful for the wagon and beach chairs. We also loved the security in this condo. Another plus is that Tim helped us unload our bikes and offered to help unload our luggage. A great view and nice balcony with raised Adirondack chairs which we enjoyed. We couldn't have asked for more!! We will definitely be returning to this gem of a place! Thank you Tim and Julie for sharing! Scott and Deb from PA
