As a coffee lover, I adored the coffee machine in the room - a special business edition of Lavazza. The host was great and super helpful. We were with car and had no problem to find a parking space. The room was spacious and clean.

The host was very flexible, allowed an earlier check in. A child bed was offered without any hiccups and also complementary snacks for the little one. Giuseppe was there to answer promptly for every question. Very much appreciated .

I find the default check in time of 1700 quite late, although it could be done earlier in my case.

You can simply see , Attention was paid to every detail in the room. Many mirrors , so clean yet you can see a dust on them. Only one advise , Fly net would have been nice on the window if there was. Giuseppe is as real gentleman. Was lucky to meet him. Good location , Easy parking , 10% discount at near by Nice classy restaurant with good wine list as well as the food. Full mini bar with a bottle of Presecco was a nice touch. And all was for very reasonable price. If i ever go again to Sardinia , i wouldn’t mind to book once more again.

Giuseppe was very welcoming. We loved our stay. The bed is very comfortable, the room is very clean and beautiful. Everything was perfect.

+ very friendly owner, responding very fast to questions + breakfast served in the room with local high-quality products + fridge and coffee machine with cappuccino option + stylish room and bathroom + comfortable locked parking + the room is excellent for a pair or a pair with a small child sleeping with them...

- ... but we are family of 4 and while there was enough sleeping space for 4 (a bed and a sofa), after preparing the sofa there was almost no space in the room :(. There were also not enough sitting space for 4 people to have breakfast.

The stay was the best one we had ever. The room super clean and much attention to details given. The owner served us personally a great traditional sardignian breakfast! You can notice the passion that is invested in the rooms and in the offered experience. We thank Giuseppe very much!
