The doors were hanging off the sink unit, the room smelt of mould. The bathroom was clean though.

Gated & security guards. 24/7 supermarket outside gated area. 20 min to terminal 3 airport.

Itinerary not complete. Waited 4 days for back door key. Extractor didn't work. Had to ask for items missing/ not working.

I liked that the apartment is near the airport.

1. Miscommunication in getting the keys. I received a message to pick up the keys from one unit in another building. Only to find out that the reception has moved to another building. We knocked at a tenant’s unit at 2am. Quite embarrassing and felt bad towards the tenant. 2. There were cockroaches in the apartment unit.

It give no problems.

The place is Awesome! The best place to stay if you have stop over for 1 day or two ! Very nice and clean comfortable cozy room and bed , have its own small kitchen and utensils and good bathroom.Very close to the airport and to all SM malls and groceries! Done our covid test and be able to shop around before flight,I highly recommend this place . The lady is very kind and nice .. Just don't forget to ask about a number for a taxi driver to drive you to the airport . 400pesos to terminal 3.outside taxi will reap u off! Hope this would help .

Room was okay but cockroaches make staying there so bad. Location nearby airport.

Cockroach everywhere every single day it never end even bought twice of spray baygon. Also room was not clean propely when we check in and they needed to come to clean it next day again.

Good hospitality of the host and comfortable room.

Wifi is not working properly. And need to improve the pest control in the room.

The surrounding though was quite noisy, but had convenience shops near it.

Every damn thing. First of all, the location confused me. I expected to find a lobby but there was none. Second of all, I walked into the reception room which doubles as a laundry room and kept calling the secretary and no one replied. I am a foreigner so the Filipino guy there who was checking out even called out to the lady who was behind the curtain to answer me, but she snubbed me. Only to come out minutes later to tell me that she wasn't really the secretary and that the said person was out. When the secretary came, not even a greeting or anything. Mind you I had just come straight from the airport, so tired and with many big suitcases. I asked to be given a room downstair because they said they had no elevator. Later on the lady came out to say that the only available room was in another far away building and was on the third floor. I just wanted to cry. I had 7 big ass suitcases with me. I immediately asked them if they can give me my refund. Minutes later, they said someone had just checked out from the ground floor and that they would prepare the room for me while I waited. I came back about 30 minutes later and checked into the room and it was a NIGHTMARE. All the good reviews here are FAKE FAKE because my goodness God, the room looks NOTHING like the picture. It's ridiculous! The toilet was not flushing, so I had to fill up the bucket to flush. Even the drum in the bathroom wasn't even filled up to make it more convenient for me. So I had to fetch water each time I wanted to use the toilet. Secondly, the bathroom sink was not working. Not even a bottle of complimentary water was provided. The internet was beyond horrible such that I had to use my own mobile data. The shower curtains were dirty. The bedsheets had hair on it. Oh God. Everything was just bad and bad. As long as Booking.com is concerned, this is the last straw for me. I am never using them again. I am tempted to believe that all these good reviews were fake.
