Appartement correspondant entièrement à sa description, fonctionnel et relativement propre à l'arrivé. Je recommande.

Nous sommes parties à 10 filles ( 18 ans / 19 ans) du 20 aout au 27 aout 2016, L'appartement est super, mieux en vrai que sur les photos, Le salon est grand , les douches très convenable! La cuisine est sympa mais il manque des ustensiles !Mais ce qui nous a vraiment ravi, c'est la terrasse qui est très grande et nous sommes à 10 mètres de la plage. Plage qui est très bien puisque qu'a la période ou nous sommes parties, elle n'était pas du tout bondé. Nous sommes à 20 bonne minutes à pieds des boites de nuits et des bars Flashback, Tropical, (petit conseils allez dans les boites vers 1 h30 / 2 heures) La gare de bus elle aussi est à 15 /20 minutes de l'appartement celle de train à 5 minutes. Le personnel qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était juste adorable! Encore merci pour tout!! Je vous le recommande vraiment si vous voulez partir entre potes et même en famille parce que l'appartement se situe après le port et c'est plus calme que sur l'allé principale.

We stayed at the appartment with 11 friends (aged 17 and 18) and we had an amazing time. The location is perfect, walking distance from the clubs and supermarket, but still outside of the chaos of it all. The appartment had all needed facilities and when the airconditioning broke it was fixed within 3 hours. The communication with the owner went smoothly. To get from Barcelona Airport to the appartment we reccommend on taking the train to Barça Sants (20 minutes) and from there take the train to Salou (1h15min). Overall the appartment was great and for this price you definitely get value for your money.

Nous étions onze trentenaires , nous avons passé un super week-end sur Salou ! L'appartement est très bien , propre, bien placé, les propriétaires, Ramon et Georgina, sont très sympas, et disponibles. Il y a seulement la route à traverser pour avoir les pieds dans le sable , trop bien ! Juste une précision, il y 3 chambres et non pas 4 ( sauf si le salon est considéré comme une chambre), mais ça n'a pas gêné le bon déroulement de notre séjour !! Si vous cherchez un endroit sympa pour faire un bon Resto, allez au restaurant d'Albert , c'est très bon et à des prix très raisonnables !! Vous pouvez louer cet appartement les yeux fermés !! Merci Ramon et Georgina et A bientôt pour un plus long séjour !!

Séjour en famille avec des ados, appartement très bien situé en bord de plage, beaux volumes pour cet appartement. Et surtout beaucoup de soleil.

El apartamento está situado en una parte genial de Salou, tranquila, pero a un paso de la acción. Es grande y totalmente equipado. Con la playa justo enfrente, no hay que preocuparse de olvidarse nada en casa. Totalmente recomendable.

on était 8 jeunes et on a passé des super vacances, le propriétaire était super, appartement bien équipé super bien situé et très belle vue sur la plage garage pour 2 voitures super pratique (juste le frigo qui ne fonctionne pas très bien...) super accueil, la plage en face de l'appartement. Très bien équipé avec, en plus, ses 2 places de parking. Nous donnerons cette adresse à nos amis avec grand plaisir.

"The apartment is a great size and good for a group of people - the position is really good - opposite the beach and not far from the shops. The kitchen could have included a few additional items such as electric jug, extra wine glasses but overall is a great place to stay."

"We had a wonderful holiday in this apartment! A place fine: nearby a beach, shops, restaurants and cafe. All entertaining actions in 5 minutes of walking, but at night anybody and nothing disturbs. Very silently and beautifully. Equipment apartment is fully consistent with the description on the website. We had a rest the big company (10 persons) and wasn't close. "Myself and my five friends stayed in this appartment for 2 weeks and it was an excellent choice. it was clean, quiet and it is located just across the road from the beach. It is an ideal location for a holiday, near shops resturants and all the facilities that you need for a holiday. The owner was an excellent host and helped us in so many ways with tanslation, trips, taxis etc... way above the call of duty. I have no hesitation in recommending this lovely spacious, well equipped appartment for holidays."

"The flat was very clean and fully equiped. We were 8 people and there was enough space for everybody. It was conform to the pictures and to the reality in fact. The situation was near of everything (shops,beach in opposite,restaurants).At night, there isn't any noise because the apartment is in the calm quarter of Salou. Our holidays were wonderful in Salou,and this flat is very good. I would like to thank Ramon, the owner. He's an incredible man and he was very available during the stay ! Thank you"

If you want to experience Salou at its best, you should definately rent this appartment. It is PERFECT for everyone, from youngers aged 18/19 to families with children and grandparents. The appartment is very nice decorated and all the equipment is in its best shape. Everything needed is there not to mention the great surroundings and position. The beach is a small 50meter walk and the centre is a 5 to 10 minutes walk. Offcourse ideal for every holiday. Me and my 7 friends went there in June, never had such an amazing vacation and can recommend this appartment to every visitor of Salou. Supermarket 50meter walk, pizzeria 50meter walk and moneybank and tabaccoshop at 50meter. The service of the owner of the appartment was for us so thankworthy and with this kind of service, other owners of appartments should take an example to this. For us it made the holiday even more unforgetable and will definately return there next year!!!
