Lovely flat with great balcony and nice view. Well equipped and comfortable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The balcony and sea view were fantastic. The apartment was very clean. A little dated in places. I missed not having a freezer compartment in the fridge and I would have liked a dressing table in the bedroom! Other than that I was very happy and comfortable.

Comfortable, relaxing flat near the beach and ideal for two people.

We had a lovely stay at Nicky’s flat. Perfect location for the beach and town. Sitting in the balcony and watching the world go by was also lovely. Nicky was great at getting back to me with any questions. We shall be back.

Our second stay here. Perfectly situated for easy access to beach, promenade and town. Great to have a free off road parking space. The apartment is perfect for a short stay for a couple.

There was everything in the property we needed , close to sea and town loved it Only slight issue was the bed wasnt as comfy as we wud hav liked but was ok

Arrived early at the property and actually met Nicky who was friendly helpful and informative! The apartment was light and airy and had all the amenities required for a short stay. It is a very short to the beach and cafe. The only downside was it’s location for me as the rest of my side we’re staying some way away. I would stay again! Thanks Alan

A lovely apartment, perfect for the 2 of us. Ideally situated close to the beach and town and with an allocated parking space.

The apartment is perfect, has everything you would need, very comfortable, with a lovely (not massive but still great) view of the sea. Great location within minutes of the beach and not many more minutes to the town centre. Definitely made use of the balcony in the mornings and evenings. My only one point to make is that I'm only 5ft 1" and so couldn't reach the top shelves of the cupboards in the kitchen. I got by but a small step stool would have been really handy! Would definitely stay again though.

Great place, good location, would have been 5star, but the amount of water coming out of the tap in the bathroom sink was pitiful, and you had to leave the tap running because it was leaking past the waste

We enjoyed our long weekend in Swanage very much. The location was great and the apartment was fine. Kitchen area was small so no dishwasher, but otherwise well equiped.

We had a comfortable 4 night stay in the apartment in June 2022. The property is located in a good position for the beach and a 10-15 minute stroll in various directions to go further along the sea front or to the restaurants and shops. We made as much use as we could on various sections of the wrap around balcony to catch the sun for our afternoon teas or evening pre-dinner drinks! We were assisted promptly by the very helpful host, Nicky, with any queries we had. For anyone visiting Swanage please do try Tawny's Wine Bar for a beautifully presented, freshly cooked, high quality 3 course meal, (if you can manage it!), and a wonderful eating two hour experience. The white and red wine is good value too. Yes the restaurant could be improved upon from the outside and inside but the service and food served is top quality so the restaurant is well worth a visit. Flat no. 4 is a delightful apartment with a sunny well-sized bedroom and well-equipped living / dining room / kitchenette. Best of all is the lovely wrap-around balcony which was perfect for the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee or evening sunset with a glass of wine! The bathroom was a little small but had all we needed with a powerful shower and lots of hot water. Its only a short walk to the quieter more sandy end of Swanage beach and the town centre is a gentle 5-10 minutes stroll along the promenade. It was a perfect getaway - thank you Nicola!

The bathroom is bijou but has all we needed. We especially loved the wrap-around balcony to catch a few rays of sunshine with a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine!).
