Beautiful cottage with everything we could have asked for! Great facilities and lots of extra little touches to make us feel at home and looked after. Short drive to the beach too.

Beautiful place, out of the way but close enough to the city and Goodwood.

Getting a taxi in on a Saturday, wasn't easy, not many want to come out of the city to get you. However we did get one after trying about 10. Cannot fault the accomodation in anyway, this is the only thing I can think to put in this box.

Lovely location and immaculate cottage, host was very helpful and communication prior to arrival was excellent. Such a clean cottage with gorgeous gardens.

Self catering cottage, but the location was excellent, not too far from the beach or Chichester and with an Asda a short distance away.

Comfortable and finished to a very high standard, we had a lovely stay at this cottage. The garden is gorgeous to sit out in on a sunny evening.

The property exceeded expectations because the details were vague on booking.com. The shower/bathrooms very wonderful although low pressure on the showers. A lovely welcome pack was a real treat. Plenty of parking despite booking.com said I had to reserve it. Linda our host answered any questions immediately which was so helpful. Host was knowledgable of the area which also helped. We could come and go as we needed to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family Great internet connection. Lovely garden with plenty of space to sit out and enjoy a breakfast or an evening drink etc. Country walks from the door. Everything done to a high standard.

The early morning large lorries and trailers coming and going to the nursery nearby were a nuisance. No local shop sadly, but no big deal.

The cottage was immaculate on arrival, and the host, Linda, had very kindly left us some provisions (milk, bread, eggs, butter coffee, tea etc), which was a very nice touch. She was very welcoming and helpful throughout. The property is very well appointed, and very comfortable. It is in a lovely quiet village, but within easy distance of Chichester and its harbour and the beach was only 10 minute drive away. We were only there for a weekend, but would have loved to be staying a little longer. We were 6 adults and the living room is quite small, but as we were out and about the whole time it was no bother, and there was plenty of space around the dining table and outside table and seating.

Absolutely nothing to mention, it was top drawer accommodation!

Linda was a fantastic host. She was quick to respond & on hand to help with any questions and really flexible with regards to our check out time. The house was beautifully clean and incredibly well equipped. We were really touched that she included a few of the basics such as bread, milk, butter & marmalade.

The cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped. Linda is a super host and provided some extras like milk/eggs/bread and necessities. The beds were extremely comfortable. Wifi is excellent and there is Sky TV too. Good to have access to the lovely garden. Guests should know that the cottage is an annex to Linda's house, but that was quite useful! Thanks Linda for a great break, we would definitely book again if we were visiting the area.

Absolutely charming place! The cottage is impeccable: spotless, pretty, very well equipped. The garden is gorgeous. The location is ideal to explore the Witterings and the harbor. Don't miss Sidlesham Quay, Itchenor and Bosham. Special thanks to Linda for being a brilliant hostess!

Fantastic vacation made even more so by Linda and her fantastic Corner House B&B. Her home is now our home away from home. Chichester is so easily walkable, the quaint shops, pubs, canal, movie theatre, and cathedral meant we didn’t require a car. And getting to Goodwood Revival shuttle (double decker bus) was beside the train station. We are definitely planning our return.

Location is outside Chichester Bypass, and beyond station - so maybe 3/4 mile to the cathedral. Quiet residential road, parking easy and safe. Linda extremely welcoming, and accomm is v clean and more than adequate. Room not enormous, and laptop had to share space with tea tray, but it didn't seem to mind. I had freshly cooked breakfasts, but I'm sure there were alternative choices.

Only concern that struck me, and it's one frequently encountered, is that there was no non-slip mat in the shower, which I would have thought hotels/guest houses would think worth the minimal investment.
