Great location for us checking our student into UNCW

We loved this little house! It had a cool deck with secure fenced backyard. It was decorated very comfortably and had anything you might need. It was very clean and well-kept. The location was great and so convenient to so many things. We love Wilmington and loved every minute of our stay in the sweet place! We look forward to coming back.

Check in was easy and the house was great, exactly as described. Clean and has everything you would need for your stay. We will definitely stay there again!

This property is great! I would definitely stay again! I love that I could bring my larger dogs (which is why I booked this property) even though I didn’t end up bringing them due to one of them ripping their ACL . I appreciate that there was no size restrictions. The beds were comfortable and it was a great space to relax.

The house was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. House owner was sweet and easy to communicate with.

Perfect place for my daughter and I to explore Wilmington/Cape Fear as she is moving there in August. Kelley’s place was very clean and only about a 15-20 drive to the beach. Thank you Kelley for a very comfortable stay in your sweet home.

We came to NC for a wedding. The house was in a perfect location. It was quick and easy to get to downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach. The house was so much nicer than the pictures even show. It feels much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. The price was great for what you get. The hosts made check in/ check out easy. The house is immaculate. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the area is quiet. If we are ever back in the area, this will be where we stay! Thanks Ryan and Kelley!

Perfect location for us to visit our daughter at UNCW. Loved how convenient it was to everything, and the house itself was very nice - clean, updated, cozy. Excellent!!!!!

This property was perfect for my family of three plus our fur baby. The house is well stocked with all the basic necessities and was very clean. There is a fenced in back yard which made it ideal for our dog. I felt safe in the neighborhood as well. Would definitely recommend.

This property is beautiful and super inviting. Me and my wife walked in and immediately got such a homey vibe! It was clean, and had an amazing backyard that my husky and cocker spaniel LOVED! We loved it, the dogs loved it and it was close to everything we wanted to do! Definitely on our list to stay at again our next adventure to Wilmington!

Clean, great location. Stocked well with kitchen supplies. Hosts are very responsive. Includes pack n play, highchair, and kids' plates, cups, and utensils. Yard is large and wonderful for families!

This charming home was all that we could have hoped for. We stayed here for the month of February and truly felt like it was a perfect home away from home. It was exceptionally clean, cozy, well equipped and convenient to explore all that Wilmington and the surrounding areas have to offer. The yard was a dog lover's paradise, fully fenced and surrounded by gorgeous azalea blooms (if you are lucky enough to visit in the late winter/early spring). We were greeted by a basket of local goods supplied by our thoughtful hosts . Kelley and Ryan went above and beyond to respond quickly to any questions that we had both before and during our visit. They truly care about making sure that everything about your experience in their midtown Wilmington home is just perfect!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kelley and Ryan’s place for a quick trip to Wilmington. It was clean, centrally-located, and had everything we needed. Our dogs also loved the large fenced back yard. We would definitely stay here again during our next visit!

Great property! The owner was quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. The house was the perfect place for our stay and our dogs enjoyed the large fenced back yard. The king bed was very comfortable. The owner has anticipated visitor’s needs and stocked needed supplies. It is located within a short distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. We will definitely stay there again when in the area!

House is great and the dogs loved the fenced yard. Everything you need is at the house or right near by, and the host was awesome!

Everything was perfect for us with this house. The neighborhood has lots to do with breweries and restaurants in abundance and it is close to everything else like the river front and beaches. It was also great having our dog there with a completely fenced back yard and a nice walk to a couple of ponds and a trail. Wilmington us a neat city. Highly recommend the house and town!

We were back and forth with family and loved coming back to this home away from home.

We rented this house as a family of four - two kids (4 and 2.5). The kids slept together in one room and my husband and I in the other room. It was a perfect size home for our needs. We had access to a washer and dryer which was great for beach trips that turned into unexpected soaked children. We brought our dog and she was comfortable and loved the fact there was a completely fenced in backyard! The house was clean with a binder full of suggestions in the area which is great for first time visitors. We will definitely be staying here again as it's in walking distance of family. Thank you so much!!

My husband, our two dogs, and myself stayed at Ryan & Kelley’s place for a long weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for as it was dog friendly with a fenced in yard and a short drive to both downtown & to the nearby beaches. It had everything we needed for a few days away & would recommend their place to those traveling to the area.

We loved our stay here! The backyard is so spacious and beautiful! The inside of the house was super clean and cozy. We will definitely stay here again. (And it is dog friendly!)

This house was super cute and very clean. Location was perfect for an evening downtown by the river and a beach wedding at Wrightsville the next day. Would choose this spot again.

This was a great house to rent. It had everything needed for a relaxing vacation. Beach was 20 minutes away. Very pet friendly & had a huge fenced in yard. Beds were super comfortable. Kelley was very easy to communicate with.
