Very clean and convenient location!

Mitten im Herzen von Garmisch liegt diese Wohnung - ein paar Schritte vom Kurpark entfernt. Man ist sofort im Geschehen. Bei Schnee wird man sehr früh von der Schneeräumung geweckt-aber das ist ja klar, mitten in der Innenstadt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Sie ist perfekt ausgestattet. Toll war die Zubuchung eines Parkplatzes. Da wusste man, dass das Auto geschützt untergebracht ist.

Es war ein Top Aufenthalt. Leider war die Belüftungsanlage zeitweise recht laut.

The apartment is clean and modern and the location is excellent. The person who greeted us was exceptionally helpful. I would definitely stay there again. We used it as a central location to visit many great locations in Germany and Austria.

I liked everything.

Fantastic property, great hosts that were always prone to support, the location is incredible right in the city center. The property is incredibly clean and has all required amenities. They even provided a crib for the baby.

Everything was perfect. No complains.

Large, amazing view, in the pedestrian district, fully furnished with clothes washer and dryer, and exceptional in every way.

Breakfast was not included but the location was at the very center of the city. It was very easy to reach bakeries, shops etc. The ski lift was 20 min. walking distance. Although there was a free bus to the lift, we usually walked the distance.

Although we found a free parking space nearby on day 1, parking might be a problem if we drove our car every day, parking might be a problem. Though as I mentioned, this is a minor inconvenience as we've mostly walked around.

The location was perfect. The facilities were very nice.

Surprised by the amount for parking and local tourist tax. Otherwise it was the perfect place to stay.
