die Unterkunft ist in einer Top Lage. Sie ist modern eingerichtet. es fehlt an nichts. super Ferienwohnung. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, minutes from the lift and local tram station.

The only shower is in the en-suite. Would be better to have a second shower.

Wir waren zu zweit mit Hund da, es hat uns gefallen :) Super war auch, dass man den Hund im Garten frei laufen lassen kann. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, denn das Zentrum, der Bahnhof und auch Wiesen und Felder zum Spazierengehen sind gut erreichbar. 🏔🥾🐕🚶‍♀️

L'emplacement : calme, terrasse avec vue sur la montagne, suffisamment proche du centre.

On aurait préféré une grande couette plutot que 2/2. Absence de protection pour les tables, passoire.

Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The decor really fit the Garmisch scene. We enjoyed the outside courtyard and patio and easy access to trails to walk our dog. The area was very quiet and we had no problem parking. Beautiful views!

We weren’t sure what to do with our keys upon departure, but we just left them where we found them and it didn’t seem to be a problem.

The living room is very spicous.

1- No AC, and it was really hot. But the host kindly provided a fan. But in day time, even fan was not good enough. 2- Toilet is extremely small, it is nearly the size of airplane toilet. 2nd totilet is actually not toilet, it is Hand wash & shower, no toilet.

- Sleeping area. The double bed on the left side is "broken". My wife had to go to sleep in the single bed in the second room for the last 3 nights. - The bathroom in the room is blind, small and with a strong stuffy smell. the bathroom with toilet is 1 m2, very small. - The owner had to activate the digital GAP CARD for us and it only arrived on the last day after our request. The tourist office told us that it is the owner who must forward the activation request or give it directly to the guests on paper, this has not been done and after few messages with the owner it was almost us who disturbed him

Really spacious apartment with a lovely garden area. Well furnished and very clean. Perfect amount of kitchen utensils and not cluttered. The host was very friendly and helpful

I would have preferred it closer to the Centre of town but that's only because I'd ran a 114km race and had to walk back after :)
