A nice and clean room located in the middle of the center of Palermo. The owner Luigi is a wonderful host who arranges a nice breakfast on the balcony every day.

Could not have been a better location, right in the heart of the mercato del capo. The apartment was modern, clean and came with a bottle of water in the fridge. Luigi was an outstanding host and provided a lovely breakfast of Sicilian pastries along with ham and cheese.

Luigi is the most helpful, generous and friendly host. He cares for you like a mother hen and is a fountain of useful hints and tips about the whereabouts iin the city of Palermo.

Nothing re. Kurò. Everything there is fine. Capo market outside Kurò starts around 6:30, so do expect a bit of noise.

Luigi the host was fabulous, my room beautiful, clean and perfect. Loved palermo. And the best was Kuro's location above the Campo Market! Delicious fruit, pastry, and cakes for breakfast provided by Luigi. I want to go back ASAP!!!

Very nice modern and stylish rooms. Excellent breakfast at the terrace. The rooms are at the market del capo, a good place to buy some street food or to drink something at the cafe around the corner. The rooms are located with view to a patio and are therefore very quiet. The Cathedral and all other sites of Palermo are in walking distance. It took us 20 minutes walking from the railway / bus station.

it was very modern inside with lots of nice decorations and real attention to detail. It is well placed near all the important sights like the cathedral, theatre etc Excellent breakfasts and Luigi was an absolutely fantastic host, he was really kind and helpful with recommendations, he even provided a map that was much better than the one I bought in the U.K. Would highly recommend and would really like to go back. Great restaurant next door!

Nothing to dislike - maybe the area can appear a bit noisy and run down at first, but even as a single traveller I found it safe, friendly and always lively.

If you want to sleep with an open window instead of having A/C on just know you're in livley Palermo City Centre and it can get loud but it did not bother us too much.

In the old part of town. Host was extremely helpful and available for all requests. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very very good. It is great value for money.

The location is the only thing we liked. The room is just above the market and you can watch the hustle and bustle from the balcony.

I don't really know where the rooms got a good rating. As soon as we entered the room, it was very cold, with a strong smell of mold and moisture. The bathroom has a black moldy ceiling, also in the shower. The sink is made of stone and cannot be cleaned, hygienically absolutely controversial. There is only spilled concrete on the floor. The room was icy, the air conditioning didn't help much. For breakfast wr got spoiled orange juice and hard nutella, croissant and pastries - served in the middle of the hallway and not in the dining room. I wouldn't come back here. The owner was communicative but inhospitable. We also have apartments ourselves so we know how things are served.

The room was comfortable, nicely cleaned. Very well located, close to the city center.

At the street there are a bar until 1am and the market in the morning (6am), so it was impossible to sleep for us, we didn’t rest at all.

The host is very lovely and tries to make your stay as amazing as possible. Breakfast is great with fresh sweets from a bakery. The location couldn't be better - right in the city center and you can walk anywhere. Parking garage nearby for 10€/24h.

Great location , clean

Great location - within walking distance to all the point of interest, next to authentich local market and affordable public parking house - but absolutely quiet, the appartment is beautifully refurnished in modern minimalist style. The accommodation is run by family so you get the luxury appartment with personal care and local feeling especially during breakfast time.

Neither the owner or the cleaner were wearing masks during our stay (August 2021).... Walking around the nearby streets by night doesn’t feel that safe (but nothing happened to us thou)

The location of the premises is IN THE HEARTH of the Mercato del Capo of Palermo, so expect typical crowded streets of an italian market. The breakfast has been fantastic, ranging from fresh fruit every morning, freshly baked cornettos and typical sicilian sweets. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Luigi is a fantastic host that made our bed every morning and even emptied the bins in the room. It was such a pleasure to be his guests and we are definitely coming back there on our next trip to Palermo.
