Es un hotel limpio y reformado con piscina y ping pong. Las habitaciones estan muy bien y el aire condicionado funciona correctamente. Xesca en recepcion es la mejor!

Net, situat prop de la platja, espaiós amb habitacions grans i confortables. La meua habitació -que no donava a la platja- era silenciosa. Dutxa prou gran i aigua calenta molt ràpida.

Manca d'endolls: no n'hi ha cap a les tauletes de nit i són molt escassos. Només té un ascensor.

На бара нямаха машина за кафе еспресо. Трябваше да ходя до плажа, за да си поръчам хубаво кафе.

The hotel was very clean, staff were always happy to have a chat and with a smile on their face to welcome you. The location was excellent, about 10-15 minutes way from the airport and the taxi only cost €16-€20. Hotel staff were kind enough to book our taxi for us on our way back, and they even offered us an early continental breakfast at 7 so we could eat before our flight. The surrounding area was great, there is a spar about 2 minutes up the road from the hotel which do amazing sandwiches for cheap to get you through until the dinner. The food at the hotel was great as well, very good variety each day. The hot chocolate from the machine in the buffet was fantastic. There’s a small menu outside the buffet area where you can see what will be available that day and the after which is very nice. Pool area was clean and tidy, the ambient music they play is lovely as well to relax. Overall a very nice stay.

not many cons at all but 3 that stand out a bit to us: - the memory foam mattresses were not very comfortable but everyone is different, we were used to sleep on more form mattresses so it did take some getting used to. - some of the food at breakfast/dinner did not have the little signs, so often times you didn’t know what you were selecting to eat, so for people with allergies it may be a bit tricky. - some guests are very loud. On our last day (lucky we were up anyway), the next room to us were all shouting very loudly from their balcony down to someone two floors down. Other than that and the occasional unavoidable noise, it was okay. Not so much a con but as many people point out this area has a big German influence so do keep that in mind when going. It didn’t bother us at all, everyone was polite and courteous regardless.

Everything was good. Friendly personal on the reception. Nice room. Not far from the beach. Good location.

Waiter in the canteen was not friendly. I was disappointed when he started asking me if I pay or not for the dinner and I have to show the receipt. It was not polite to discuss it on public and interrupt my dialog. I told him the room number and I think its enough to check and verify all the information without involving me in the process.

Staff not very friendly. I made an error on my booking ( 1 adult and a child, instead of 1 adult and a teenager) and they charged me an additional 200 euros for the same room. Absolute rip off

Location was great and the staff was very helpful. both pools are great, and the place is clean and well kept.

The rooms are very loud. In Particular for our stay, we were kept up until 5am with the room next door talking... so if you want a good nights sleep, maybe try somewhere with some better sound proofing. Breakfast was Fair. Lots of choice but the food quality is just ok. I was also questioned on what I was doing when I was wrapping a pastry to take with me.. which was strange.
