Well equipped house directly on Famara beach. Highly recommended.

The best location in Lanzarote with an amazing view of the beachfront and mountains. best surf, best food, best atmosphere. But this cannot be said of the house.

Unfortunately: Dirty house (thank us for the broom we bought, because there was nothing to clean the house with), uncomfortable(!) and way too small beds, moist (walls covered in fungi), broken dishwasher, bad internet, a boiler which gives you enough warm water for half a person, a patio littered with broken glass and cigarette butts, and according to the fire brigade (unrelated matter) lacking necessary emergency alert device. Ohw and do NOT sit on the lounge chair. It is broken. did we mention: rude owner?

Great Location, directly at the beach, supermarkets and cafe/ restaurants in walking distance, surf school/ renting place close by, kitchen well staffed, nice bedding and bathrooms, easy communication with the owner
