Communication from Letting Agent Elena was excellent. She gave me plenty of information about how to find the apartment and about the complex it was in. I was sent information on modes of transportation from the airport, places to eat and places to stay. When I encountered a slight problem on the first morning Elena was very quick to respond to my texts and had the issue resolved within minutes. Her insight and helpfulness made this an amazing experience. The apartment was very spacious. The balcony was private and not overlooked. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything required. The bathroom was a great wet room. The location is at the end of Costa Teguise.

Cleanliness, fresh open feeling of the apartment. Spacious outdoor area. Near enough to the beach/restaurants.

We would have preferred an extra bath towel each so we could have fresh half way through. There was a washing machine but we didn't want to wash clothes on our holidays.

The shower was excellent. Very important for me. Good water pressure and stable temperature.

It was a little out the way but if you don't mind a relatively easy walk it's okay

Everything we needed, great little place at a great price, beach only a 5 minute walk away. Central island location, so all the sights were nice and close too.

I found the bed a bit hard, but other half said was fine! A little welcome pack would have been good, maybe a bottle of water as you can't drink the tap water.

Everyting was great. Elena was wonderful with us, the house was super clean, well located plus parking. Will come back for sure! 🥰
