Close to city centre and amenities

Smelly toilet, broken toilet seat, broken water basin, street noise late at night, no electricity early in the morning, very firm mattress caused back pain.

Walking distance to everything, clean room, comfortable bed, nice welcome by nice, helpful staff.

Extremely loud during off-season on a Monday night, because of the crazy loud music played in a restaurant called "Gorgones k Magkes" (Mermaids&Guys) right behind the hotel. The music was played in full volume until 4:30 am the next morning!!! The rooms have soundproof windows which seemingly don't help in this case. We could not rest at all which is not in the responsibility of the hotel. Besides, the small room on the 2nd floor had only one small window with an unusual high position that's why our room was dark and had no view.

The location is just across a very popular and noisy bar. The music was Extremly loud and kept going untill 4 a clock in the morning. This “small” detail was not convey not during booking and not on the check in on the reception. We stayed awake all night. Very unpleasant experience. The hotel return us the money the next morning. Which was very fair thing to do. Never the less this is the kind of information that should be available before or during the booking. So everyone can make their own decision. No parking.

Location was great, near shopping and lots of restaurants. Rooms were beautiful, minimal, and clean.

Location was great, just a block up from the waterfront. The host was very accommodating. When he learned that the shower was too small for my big size, he moved us to another room that worked fine. As a boutique hotel, they provided some nice snacks for free -- dried toast snacks, jams, coffee, tea and condiments, free waters. Pleasant stay in Kavala.

No issues other than the shower being too small for me, and they solved that problem right away. Well done.
