La vista vale il prezzo, S P E T T A C O L A R E!! Nulla da aggiungere. Posizione perfetta, a 300 metri c’è la metro2 (MERGELLINA). Vicini ci sono dei mini market e ristoranti davvero interessanti.

Sapevo che la camera non fosse spaziosa però è tutto nuovo perciò non ho nulla per cui essere scontento.

The view and the cleanliness

The room were anonymous not a single picture or decorations

The view was good, not entirely as expected, due to the area, but calming

1. The breakfast was very bad. I will not be able to see another cake for a long time! All you get is sweet food and, after couple of days it gets really too much! Continental breakfast means so much more! Coffee is also on short supply as all they have is a small coffee machine and the coffee you get is gets topped up with hot water from a kettle 2. The room is very basic for the money you pay. It does the job. However, the shower can be a bit cleaner and, in the bathroom, a hook or two would not go a miss because there is no place to hang one clothes; they always end up on the floor 3. there is no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. On request, you might get access to the one in the kitchen, but maybe one does not want to go in the kitchen whenever one needs a cup of coffee or tea, in one's pyjama or worse. This is a basic need! 4. Before each guest comes in, a quick check if everything in the room works would be great. A working fridge, AC, etc would be very much appreciated especially when tired after a long travel and the weather is hot! The things were fixed next day but we spent a night drinking warm water and sweating. Couple of water bottles in that working fridge, waiting for the thirsty guests, would be also very much appreciated. 5. Although one needs only 3 keys, we have been given a ring with lots of keys and always had to fumble through them to find the right key for the right door 6. The curtains are very thin. This is not good, especially in a room that is getting very bright sun all morning and even with the shutter closed, as these were not fixed to close properly, one gets a lot of sun in the room and cannot sleep in the morning

The views are spectacular! And the breakfast was prepared by a nice lady and includes a varied selection.

The B&B itself is on a block of flats. Really confusing to exit if you are not using the elevator which cost 10c in peak hours. There was also a loud party by the beach where we can here all the way in our room

You can hear your neighbours. Parking is not easy on the streets nearby, although you can leave your car at secure parking lot, which is 600m away

it was extremely hard to find the location. finding the location added a lot of extra stress to our trip. There was a lot of ruckus going on in the other rooms that was easily heard by me and my friends which was disruptive. someone also rang the doorbell about ten different times at night time which was strange.

This Lux B&B is a hidden gem! The view is amazing. You can see the sea and the coastline of Napoli. The breakfast was very good. They have amazing espresso and frothed milk for cappuccino. The room was well appointed with nice fixtures and also an AC unit with a remote. The location is very convenient due to a little alley leading up to the building. Taxis come there and it is safe. There are 4 rooms in this B&B.

Needing a 10 Euro cent coin to use the elevator. They give the proper coins to you once you arrive. Be sure to have 10 Euro cents on you when you arrive. The B&B is on the 6th floor. I also couldn't figure out how to take the stairs down to ground level. The stairs let you out on Level 1 and the street is private with a locked gate to keep unwanted cars out.

The property was in a convenient location and a staff member helped us as the host was useless and other than an initial phone conversation we didn't see or hear from him. A big disappointment after the four previous stays since we arrived in Italy, which were really good.

The host never gave us proper instructions to find the accommodation or any of the advice as to the fact that during the day you had to use a coin to pay for the lift. There was also outside construction noise from the work on the building until 5/30 pm including outside our window, so we had to keep the shutters closed. The bedroom was tiny, hardly enough room between the bed and the wall, the breakfast minimal.

I wanted to stay here for the amazing view and was upgraded so I could enjoy a balcony. The staff were super helpful sharing a video of how to get into the building/to the right level. The lift takes some getting used to but it was free for most of my stay. The space itself was clean and spacious for me, I was able to make requests which the staff kindly accommodated. The area is quiet (my visit was off season) but really nice for a walk along the seafront with clear views of Mt V. There's a lovely restaurant not too far and a minimart - all in all, it was lovely, I would have been happy if I spent my whole time in Naples here, I'm sure I'd stay again :) PS ignore google maps, you don't need to go up the windy road to get in! It's very simple from the main road.

The entrance/lift is a bit odd at first and doesn't have cellular reception (GTK for solos who make calls for safety). There was scaffolding up outside of the window which did take away from the view a little. I was happy to ignore it - that said, in the morning, work men were moving past the window on the scaffolding - I wish I knew ahead so it wasn't a bit of a shock.

Staff, location, comfortable beds, cleanliness

The shower has some mildew/mould that could use attention. Also a kettle or Keurig in the room to make coffee would be nice.

The view from this property simply could not be beat! An absolutely incredible deal. You wake up and the view of the sunrise is that of a five star resort. Best place to stay in Naples!

Although the view (and breakfast!) more than made up for it, the AC unit didn’t work super well and with the sun beating into the small room, it would get quite hot (even with the shutters drawn). But don’t let that scare you away from this stunning property!

The view is stunning! And the room with the balcony is absolutely lovely.

Unfortunately we have a lot of bad things to say. First, nobody from the staff could or would speak in proper English. That made it very difficult to understand, for example, how the lift works (btw, very negative point, will explain ahead) so, on the first night we had to go thought a “maze” to get out. So, to make it clear, in order to make the lift work it is mandatory to use a 0,10€ coin between 8am and 8pm. It seemed right that the service should fix this for us. Another negative point was the breakfast. Basically, the staff prepared it for us and since they couldn’t really communicate in English, it was very hard to control what we were eating and how it was prepared. For the price it looks very inappropriate.

At the entrance there is no signage. Nothing in the lift to indicate which floor to stop at. Out of hours telephone number on front door wasn't answered. The entrance to the building is a bit tired. A abrupt member of staff telling us we should have checked out a day earlier then we booked for.

Very touristy. Breakfast cancelled at 9PM the night before. Not near the centre of Naples with restaurants closing in the middle of the day.
