A lovely warm welcome to a beautifully presented period property. Fully equipped and very comfortable. The personal touches were very much appreciated e.g. leaving milk and cereal. Leaving a card and biscuits for my daughters birthday. In the heart of Bridport town, very convenient to all amenities. Loved the market days and the antique quarter.

We really enjoyed our short break at Susan's cottage in Bridport. The cottage was very clean and homely and is ideally situated for an easy walk to the shops and eateries.

We had a delightful time staying in this sweet, cosy cottage in the heart of Bridport. It was clean, perfectly located for high street meandering and quick access to the Jurassic coast, and Susan, our host, was really helpful. Although the kitchen is a very tiny space for self-catering (a 1-at-a-time affair really), all other aspects of this lovely cottage were as expected and easy to navigate.We especially enjoyed eating our dinners out in the back terrace area as the sun went down and would definitely stay again!

5 adults including an 89 year old lady on a short stay. Accommodation was all that we expected. The weather was good so we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet sitting in the courtyard. Great location within the town and a short walk to the local shops and amenities.

A lovely cosy cottage right in the heart of Bridport, perfect for exploring all the fab shops and places to eat, as well as walking along the coast.

This is a cosy cottage in a quiet corner right in the middle of Bridport, perfectly located to access the Jurassic coast, the town's food & many specialty stores, and of course the local pubs and restaurants. All three floors were impeccably clean and in top condition, and modern amenities and parking for a reasonably-sized car were provided. Interactions with the owners were very pleasant. We (a family of three) came over from Germany to enjoy the landscape & scenery, the quaint towns & villages in Dorset, and the beaches. Weather and accommodation turned out to be perfect, and travel arrangements worked out fine in spite of Covid-19. All in all - a perfect week at the Jurassic coast.

We had a wonderful time. being so central you don't expect such a cute and relaxing cottage. It feels like a little sanctuary after walks on the beach and hours rummaging the local markets, but not so remote that you have to drive everywhere. There are lots of beaches locally - we were there for a week and visited about 5! They are mostly pebbly, non-swimming beaches and the house has some great pamphlets telling you all about the local beaches. The owners met us at check-in and were really helpful before and during our stay by suggesting where to park and things to do. We had some really nice meals and had a great day browsing in the antique shops just a few minutes away in the 'Alleyways'. The house itself is a cosy, minimal space that fits 2-3 adults and a kid comfortably and would fit 6 with the beds - that would be more of a squeeze as the kitchen is tiny and there are only seats for 4 people in the living space. That was perfect for us so we're going to come back another time! The only thing we would change are the sofas as they are quite upright old school ones that aren't that comfy, but it doesn't really matter as it's such a charming space. Just lovely!

We loved our stay in this beautiful cottage. Staying in Bridport was a great decision as central to all the many beautiful towns to visit. Very close to the river Brit if you are into kayaking. Highly recommend. Would love to come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

We had a great week in Susan's place in Bridport. The house is comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect with lots of shops, cafe's and restaurants within walking distance. The beach at West Bay is a 45 minute walk away too! Would throughly thoroughly recommend.

We stayed at this cottage in Bridport . The owners met us there when we arrived . Very friendly and informative . The cottage was spotless and we felt very safe in terms of the virus . They even had hand sanitizer at the door ! The cottage is in Bridport which is a lovely , quirky town . It is also in a perfect position to visit all the fantastic beaches . We had an amazing holiday and would definitely go back in the future .

From booking to checking out everything was a very easy process. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Location perfect, was great being able to walk to bars, restaurants and shops without driving. A complete break. Thank you for letting us use your lovely home. Will definitely come again.

We stayed in a Susan’s Lovely cottage for 3 nights midweek in October half term. We have 3 children and here was plenty of space for us all. Parking for one car which was tight but we had a large estate vehicle and had no problems at all. The open plan lounge-diner was lovely and light, spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is small but really well equipped, clean and tidy. The bedrooms are really spacious and the beds are all very comfortable, we all slept well! Bathroom had a separate shower cubicle and bath. Check in and communication with Susan was very straight forward and easy. We will definitely stay here again!

Ad random we found thuis cottage. There had been no moment of regrets. It was a good place to stay home and perfect point to Explorer Dorset or Bridport. And the communication with Suzan was 👍� Jurassic Coast is wonderfull and Bridport had some great shops, restaurants to eat and pubs to drink a pint ( a Guinness for less then £3) In all aspects we like to come back.

loved the cottage it was ideally situated for us to walk into Bridport at night and enjoy the restaurants and bars after a long days fishing on Chesil beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying in your lovely cottage. The facilities were excellent and we really appreciated the welcoming touches of tea and biscuits and mini cereal boxes. Everything was clean and tidy and the cottage is in the perfect location for exploring all over the local area. Thanks for helping us have a great holiday!

A year later and we returned to Susan’s lovely cottage for another holiday. The cottage yet again ticked all the boxes and the three spacious bedrooms accommodated four of us with ease.Bathroom and kitchen very clean and tidy along with a spacious living room.Secure off street parking and wifi a bonus.Thoroughly recommended to anyone that wants a lovely place to stay to visit the wonders of Bridport and surrounding areas.We will be back next year for sure.

Lovely cottage in an ideal location for exploring not only Bridport but also the rest of West Dorset. Cottage very homely and well equipped. Warm welcome from our hosts despite the rain. Bread, milk, cereals, cookies, tea, coffee and sugar provided on arrival. Parking is daunting the first time but definitely gets easier. We only had 3 days here and it was not long enough. Everything for our trip went smoothly from the time I contacted Susan a few days before we travelled. We arrived late and Susan and her partner were patiently waiting for us to welcome us and give us the keys. A very friendly couple. The house was very clean with everything that we might have needed .They went on to tell us every detail that we needed to know about the house. They also gave information about the area including parking areas and informed us of the Hat festival which was in a day's time which we really enjoyed . The house was very comfortable and I would highly recommend ,and we are sure to visit again- Thanks Susan and Jeremy for making our trip memorable.- Enzani and James
