The pool was nice. The location is good.

The first night, they did not have the bungalow that we booked for and charged us for it. The breakfast was only ok.

The location was just about ok.

Rooms covered in ants and insects. Roosters on the go 24/7, construction works constantly. Pool is filthy. So obviously photoshopped.

not much service to enjoy, breakfast was not avai in the morning although we’re willing to pay for. Room is clean but the small pillow got a bit dirty, there are ants on the bed.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Cleaned everyday. Air conditioning worked well. Outdoor bathroom was a good size and covered in from the rain. We loved the pool because it was so big and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located a few minutes walk from the main street with spas, restaurants and cafes. The smaller road it's located on had a lovely bar called Lang's bar and great restaurant called Banana Garden that does a great breakfast as well as lunch & dinner - about a 10 minute walk. Black out curtains and a super comfortable bed, slept really well.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working so they gave us a new room straight away☺️ great customer service. Taxis were reluctant to drive up to the hotel given the narrow street it's located on - however it's only a 5 minute walk to the main street!

hospitality and warmth of the place and people. quiet and peaceful hotel. a relaxing place to be. affordable and rooms are big. the receptionists and Lily were always ready to help.

the 300m alley walking in and out to main street which was on unpaved road, can be muddy when it rains, dogs, some tombstones along the way. gets dark by 6pm so we avoid walking in or out of hotel to main street after 6pm.

the pool was nice. not many at the resort so we had it to ourselves most of the time. bedroom had a fridge, clean linen and towels plus bathrobes. staff are lovely, polity and very helpful.

it is run down after covid. you can tell the staff are just in the process of brining it back to how it was pre covid. the menu is basic and many things are not available.

It's the best reasonable resort for money in Phu Quoc. Staffs are very kind and can speak english very well. And swimming pool also is great.

The house keeping staffs don't change my bed sheet, blanket cover and pillow clothes event i stayed there for a week until i talked with receptionist but they only changed for my last night stay. I event realize they don't change the bath towels, just refolded them and we used the dirty towels for whole week, lucky that i brought my own towels. The receptionist and others was helpfull and friendly, breakfast was good.

There were 2 receptionists. One receptionist was very friendly Food is okay. Location is okay, in the center, near the night market. But the hotel is placed deep inside an alley so it is hard to go by taxi.

We received our room with stains on the bed and pillow. We stay in B03. There were lots of spiders, large geckos as big as your hand, and mosquitoes; so if you're afraid of any of them, don't choose "Bungalow with Patio" The phone was not working, even we requested it to be fixed, the receptionist said it would be done the next day. It didn't, for our entire trip, when we checked out we even remind the hotel to fix it for the sake of the next guest. The housekeeping staff showed her unhappy attitude after we requested her to clean the bathroom (We got tired of cleaning large gecko feces every morning, their feces are as big as your finger and smell very bad) There was no light at the swimming pool as shown in the hotel photos. The light of the swimming pool was never on. Even on our last day staying here, there was a group of people around 5 person swimming, the pool was still dark. I had urgent work that need to be done using computer, I requested to use computer of the hotel, there was no computer. The 2 sofa chairs in front of our Bungalow have a bunch of stain on them. The beach chairs besides the swimming pool was extremely dirty, they was never cleansed or changed.
