We were pleasantly surprised with everything being just like the pictures or better! Beach was not crowded! The only complaint was all the jellyfish! Haha

Great time at a great place

Right on the beach and a quiet, private area, yet close enough to essentials. Plenty of space for family/friends group & nicely equipped. Enjoyed our stay!

Great house for a large group- enjoyed it! Location was perfect!

We came for spring break with 3 families, a total of 10 of us. The house is right on the beach with a private boardwalk to the gorgeous white sand and emerald green water! Huge commercial sized ice machine down below the house and then an additional built in ice maker in the kitchen. We never had to buy ice! Couple of small things we emailed the property manager about and a super nice guy came and fixed it all while we were there. Superior service! The location to The Hangout and The Track made going out super convenient too. We would absolutely recommend Big Easy and would stay again!

Clean house, great location

We loved the property. It was beautiful and had everything we needed.prob the best beach house we have stayed at as an extended family of 15. We have stayed at 5-6. Would highly recommend!

Our family of 12, our grown children and young grandchildren, enjoyed our stay at “Big Easy.” The home was as advertised regarding rooms and space and was very accommodating for our group. The back view of the gulf from the large deck area was wonderful. The short walk directly from the house to the beach made beach trips so easy. Two ice machines, all the included kitchen items, and the over sized charcoal grill made food prep at the home a snap. The only issues we had were directly related to lack of repair and replace . We called upon arrival to report that the main seating area lights did not work as well as lights and tv in one of the upstairs bedrooms . We also informed them that the water filter and ice machine filter in the kitchen both indicated a need to be replaced. The electric range glass top was cracked in several places with sharp edges exposed on the surface. The first floor master bath towel rod would fall to the floor if you brushed by it and it was apparent from the drywall work that the entire towel rod had previously been removed from the wall. We took pictures of the damages upon arrival. I was also told after reporting the electrical issues that someone would be out, but that someone never made it out during our week. Did these issues prevent us from enjoying our stay? Not really. But please understand what you are paying for which is the view and the ease of accessing the beach and enjoying the ocean. The “Big Easy” needs work done that could all be quickly remedied if the effort was put into fixing the issues. Would we stay here again…most likely, but it would be great to see more attention to details and repairs. T. W.

This Home is exactly as shown on the listing. It's Beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It's location on the beach is just steps away. My husband and I brought all of our grown children and grand children. We had a blast staying here. There were a couple minor things that I had to call about and they sent someone to fix those things right away. The kitchen is fully stocked and having 2 large icemakers was a plus. We would definitely stay here again! Also, we love the name as we are originally from the New Orleans area!

Great views, nice location, right on the beach and just out of town. The layout of home was good and enough space for 6 adults and 6 older children. Loved the convenience of the ice makers. The lounges/ seating on the deck were comfy and enough space for everyone too. Would book again.

It was perfect for our family. Being on the beach was perfect for all our grandchildren. Everyone wants to go back next year.

We had a family of 9 and this house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone.. the large deck was our favorite.. would definitely recommend it and will be back! The only thing that needs fixed is the tile floor especially with a little one..but other than that IT WAS GREAT!

We came for a couples weekend, and everything was just as advertised. We had everything we needed, we were in close proximity to everything. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

We had a great week on the beach. Lots of dolphins early in the morning and evenings. The condo was great. Plenty of space for our groups, which was pretty big.

The home was everything we expected and more. Accurately described and represented in images. Very clean and well appointed. Could not have been happier!!

I've stayed everywhere from Fort Morgan to Orange Beach - houses, condos, high rises, beach and bay sides.... It's a yearly trip for us and this place gets the highest marks for any trip we've had in decades. The house is right on the beach with a walkway over the dunes, makes it easy to get your gear out. Inside it's really nice and laid out well. Big kitchen, bar that seats 6, plenty of equipment to cook (pots, pans electric griddle, etc...). Grill outside on the lower level is heavy duty. Two king size bedrooms on main floor, 4 bedrooms upstairs. Tile floors thru most of living areas, carpet in bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean when we got there. Commercial ice makers galore in this place, so you'll never need to get bags at the grocery. TVs and wifi worked fine. The photos don't do the back deck justice - it's bigger and nicer than expected. Deck in good shape, no worry about being out barefoot. Only thing I'd change is adding some drapes in the main den/living area, the sound there echoes pretty well off the tile floor and up the raised ceiling. That said, all in all we loved it. We are looking for dates to go back this summer.

Hurricane Sally ruined a lot of our plans. The company worked with us to refunded us for the days that we missed because of the hurricane. We had a plumbing problem the first day and they quickly addressed it. It was a short stay but we loved the house and was well worth it.

All good except 2 days of bad weather, no blender we could find, and no directions for playing DVD's. WiFi could use an upgrade. Everything else great about the house.

I can’t say enough about this house. We absolutely loved it. It was perfect for our large family. Everyone especially loved the deck and the location!

First time in Gulf Shores and this property was perfect. Three families, 6 kids. Great access to the beach. Home is really well furnished and bunk room was ideal for the kids. Great open spaces for eating and the deck makes for great evenings. And the commercial ice machine was a game changer. The property already had a bunch of beach toys as well. Couldn’t have found a better spot for our vacation. Stay here if you can.

We loved this house and it had tons of space to spread out for our group! 7 Adults and 6 kids. The deck was huge and being right on the beach made this very convenient. Only complaints are some of the boogie boards they have are broken and the property seemed to have been cleaned in a rush. Floors were a bit dirty, cereal and food in the couch and under couch. Wouldn’t recommend drinking water from the fridge, I don’t think the filters get cleaned. Other than that it was great and the mgmt group was very kind and quick to respond. Big bonus having the ice machine at the house for loading our coolers. That was so nice!

This was the perfect place for our 2 large families. Perfect location with great view and a short walk to the beach. Absolutely perfect week.

What a great property! Convinced that we are doing this again. Next time upgrading to a house with a pool. Relaxing and so nice being on the beach for ease of access.
