The experience here at this home was great. We stay with Vrbo often and have never felt quite at home as we felt in Dr. Browning home. He even had drinks, snacks and a gift for us when we arrived it was very sweet and very much appreciated. The only thing I would say is if you are going to stay during the summer maybe have a couple of them portable air conditioners for the other two rooms upstairs as they were quite warm. The master bedroom upstairs already had one. Downstairs and common areas were fine though. Other than that, this is definitely a home that I would return to in the future.

We were celebrating our 45th anniversary with our 3 adult children and their families, enjoying the many things the Colorado Springs area has to offer. The home exceeded our expectations and needs - large enough for everyone to spread out, with spacious gathering areas for visiting and being together. Something for everyone, age 18 months to 67! The home, while large with beautiful views, still felt cozy and comfortable. The host left special treats which were very much appreciated, and our contact person was VERY helpful and attentive!!! Highest recommendation for a wonderful family weekend.

Our family group came together from all over the nation for my daughter's USAFA's graduation, and we were thrilled with this house! Both kitchens are spacious and functional, with tons of fridge space and every implement you could want, even to cook for a crowd! The back porch and main living room made a fantastic area to host visitors, while multiple living areas allowed for small groups to chill out and catch up. The bedrooms/futons/pull-out accommodated us all very well (though note that the bunk room has one set of bunks, not two). The light, flow and views (Pike's Peak in all its glory!) were spectacular. We'd come back in a minute!!

Me and my friends, we stayed at Dr. Browning’s house from December 24th 2018 to January 2nd 2019 , so we basically celebrated both Christmas and New Years at that house. To tell you the truth, it couldn’t be better!!! The house is very spacious , warm and cozy. It has 2 bedrooms on the basement level and 3 more on the first floor. The house also has 3 living rooms (the main one is combined with the kitchen, it’s on the first floor). For gym sharks there is a weights room downstairs that has few machines. The most amazing thing is a hot tub on the patio, a MUST TRY when it’s 10 degrees outside! Water temperature reaches 104 degrees! This house has lots of supplies so you don’t have to take anything with you. For 11 people there was enough plates, pans, cutting boards and silverware . For coffee lovers there are 2 coffee machines available. Location is very convenient, all stores that you might need ( Walmart, Costco, REI, Dollar store), restaurants, coffe shops - everything is in 10min ride availability. We really enjoyed the beauty of Colorado mountain views and thanks to Lisa( our agent who was helping us during the whole our stay) the only thing we had to worry about was where to find time to see everything we wanted to see. Thanks again to Dr. Browning and his family for this amazing opportunity to spend our Holidays in that Paradise!

Great family home that accommodated our group wonderfully. Enjoyed all the views of the mountains and the wildlife we spotted while sitting on the deck. Close to many Colorado Springs attractions.

We had a wonderful stay here! The House was nice and big with lots of bathrooms which is great when you have a big family. The freeway and town were close by which was great! We did a couple day trips to pikes peak, the incline and a wedding in monument. All these locations were not too far from this house. The hot tub was a definite bonus! We would stay again!

The house was clean and comfortable. Barbeque grill was so handy and the hot tub was a plus.

My experience in this place was awesome! It is so cozy yet spacious. Allowed me quiet time to myself with beautiful views and time with family in the hot tub. It was such a lovely place and felt like home. The fireplace was a favorite as well as the hot tub. There is too much to say. Huge kitchen and dining room made for great family gathering. Awesome place! I would stay there again and highly recommend it.
