The pool wasn’t heated. I thought I read the indoor pool was heated online.

Terrible management company. Held on the phone for 30 minutes to get correct code to enter room. Only one hair dryer that didn't work. One towel each, no face clothes. Four people in room and only 3 wristbands left and they confirmed 4 people. Poorly stocked utensils. Cheapest toilet paper I have ever used. Management company said they would take care of towels, hair dryer, and wristbands but never did. $5 stackable patio chairs that I was afraid may collapse or break under me. Blanket on bed felt like a mixture of paper and polyester. Heard a loud bang first day sitting in living room, picture fell off wall in bathroom and broke into peices. Thank goodness no one was in there. Could be a nice place if it wasn't furnished so cheaply and management company was better and did what they said.

The location was great. Not too crowded. Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved the balcony access in the master too.

The condo was a little dated and needs a good cleaning. The furniture on the balcony is extremely uncomfortable. Cushions would be nice. The slide lock on the front door was broken. Looked like someone broke in so we were a little concerned about safety.

The view of the beach from the deck was awesome. We could see the dolphins in the water. The beds were comfortable and the condo was quiet.

Work was being done on the elevators on our floor, which led to a lot of inconvenience coming and going from the location. Would have been nice to know about before we arrived. Hauling groceries was inconvenient. The blow dryer did not work, the toaster only worked on one side, the sheets on the bed in the front bedroom did not fit correctly (ended up finding some in the closet and changing them out). This was our first visit to a condo rental like this so we felt a little detached. No one to talk to about issues.

Loved the view. Everything was neat and clean.

Mattresses were not very comfortable. Balcony chairs were flimsy and not very sturdy. Didnt compare with picture on booking site.

Unit needs updating and a deep clean with new furniture. When booking reservations, not clear on directions to the complex, parking or how to get to the unit.

We had a code for the door and our parking passes and bands were in the condo. VERY easy!!

Location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pools, grocery store.

I would give five stars except for a couple of problems. we had a lot of difficulties with the door code. we finally got into the property after some thirty minutes of frustration in very hot weather after driving for eight hours. That was exasperating. Then after using that code for three days, it would not work anymore. When I called the help number the lady with a strong accent that was difficult to understand gave me a couple of codes that did not work then she hung up or at least we lost contact. We kept experimenting and finally got into the property. later I did get a call from a tech guy willing to help. Finally, we were unable to have Wi-Fi service while there. I will not go into details but that was frustrating as well. The property was good and we were very pleased with all areas except those two problems.

Loved the view! The easiness to get around the facility was wonderful for my 76 year old mom. The condo was beautiful 😍 We had some serious storms come through during our stay during the night but we felt safe. We will definitely be staying again. Staff was very helpful when questions arose. Loved having referral to location. Definitely helps when traveling.

We wish we could of had earlier check in and enjoy the pool and beach facilities for the day. We definitely understand it takes time to clean room and was good with waiting but would of enjoyed a day at pool or beach while we waited. Definitely need to reconsider that guideline.

Parking garage is GREAT but a little difficult to navigate. Parking is very tight

The location was perfect. The condo was spacious.

The patio chairs were all rusted and bent. Two chairs were still usable but they were kinda sketchy. The dryer was very loud and the shelf above it was ripped down and leaning on the wall. Also the box fan was missing a blade. They probably should all be replaced. However none of that had any effect on our stay.
