Great location, close to both villages (walking distance). Surrounded by trees, view of the creek from the back. Even though you are closed to the main "centers" of Vail, you feel like being in a remote place. Chris is very accomodating and easy to communicate with. Traveling with infants is not easy but Chris made it easier (bought a high chair before we arrived and was open to early checking / late checkout.) Thank you very much for being so flexible, Chris.

Everyone in our group from 40 years old to 3 years old had a wonderful time here. The location is perfect. We walked to Lionshead and Vail Village without any problems. Chris was so helpful and there any time we needed him. I definitely recommend staying here!

This property is truly one of a kind. This property is nestled in the trees between Lionshead and Vail Village. Everything Vail has to offer is easily accessible by foot or bike. The picture window in the living area overlooks the large wood deck that is steps away from Gore Creek. The kitchen is well appointed and the owners were very helpful and responsive in answering any questions we had. Although we spent much of our time on the deck listening to the rolling creek, our family was also thrilled to have all the NFL games available to watch on the large flat screen TV. We think we’ve found our new happy place!!

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, central to everything and right on the shuttle. Loved having a parking spot right outside. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for my large family. Chris was so helpful, accommodating my sons on our checkout day so they could stay longer and take their online summer class exams. Highly recommend.

I would say at first i was really impressed of how christ the host was on point communicating with us helping us with all questions witch is important for us ... As for the house it was super homie specialy with a family , it has a view from the inside on a river and deck that we loved ! Location was amazing everyone didnt have to leave house at same time everyone could be independant since there s a bus stop just outside of driveway, we came with a car but almost never used it . And the slops are just 2 short bus stop away (leteraly 2 min) same for ski school... We have nothing bad to say and we will come back here for sure !

The owner was super responsive from reservation through checkout. Spacious common area. Comfortable accommodation. Literally yards away from village bus which comes every 5 minutes

The condo was very nice, with a beautiful view overlooking the creek. The manager Chris was helpful with local tips and service. We had a fantastic time, made better with lots of powder!

This home is an excellent choice for anyone having a procedure at the steadman clinic. It is accessible, well equipped and very convenient to the clinic. Chris was very responsive to all of our questions. The home has a beautiful view of gore creek.

We vacationed here for a family vacation! It was such a great location. Easy walking distance to Vail Village and Lionshead. The creek in the backyard made you feel like you were in a remote location, even though you were conveniently located to so many places.

This property has a great location with a lovely view of Gore Creek. Other than the kitchen it is quite dated and has old furniture and dim/old lighting throughout so the ambience inside isn’t great. Sadly, we also had a robbery while we were there and my pursue was stolen from our bedroom. Otherwise we would have had an overall enjoyable experience.

This home has scenic views and convenient access (walking or bus) to all of Vail. It is comfortable for sleeping and hanging out. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals. Also provided are toiletries, hair dryer, and laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron/board). We visited in mid-August and very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location and set up for our two week stay for surgery and rehab at Steadman Clinic. Easy walk or wheel chair to Clinic, Vail Village and Lionshead. Shower seat and raised toilet seat onsite come in very handy. Location and setup equally good for winter or summer vacation. Nice spot!

Fantastic location, great 3 bedroom, and great communications. I love the back deck with Gore river behind. I just wish we were able to rent this place over the 4th this year. we will be back again!! thanks Chris for your hospitality

The home was nothing short of outstanding...and the location was even better. I would recommend this property to any group vacationing in Vail for either summer or winter. Chris, the property manager, was also extremely responsive to our needs.

Thought I had already reviewed-sorry I’d repeat. The home is very comfortable, had a really complete kitchen. We had kids with us and they loved playing in the yard. Perfect location. Will definitely use them again
