One of the best

Che dire, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento in due nuclei famigliari (4 adulti e 3 bambini) e la generosità degli spazi ci ha permesso di essere più che comodi. L’appartamento è in ottima posizione: a due passi dai negozi alimentari, vicino alla fresca pineta, e con una passeggiata di 5 minuti si raggiungono le spiagge del paese e i ristoranti. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente l’ampia terrazza con vista mare dove abbiamo fatto colazione e cenato comodamente in 7 persone. Nell’appartamento non manca nulla, cucina super attrezzata. I signori Piras sono molto accoglienti e disponibili e questo rende il soggiorno ancora migliore. Se avremo l’occasione torneremo di sicuro.

Attilio and his wife gave us a very warm welcome. He brought his home made olive oil and liqueur as a treat for his guests, and he (and his wife) had also stocked up the fridge with some water/juice. We had not asked for anything, but this was such a nice gesture. The apartment and terrace is very spacious, with high standards and everything is very well maintained. You also get a view of the coast from the terraces. The outdoor area also includes a barbecue area, which we did not have time to enjoy. We were a family of 5, and rented the entire complex including 4 bedrooms, two kitchen, two large bathrooms with a washing machine and possible some sleeping couch in the living room. For smaller groups, I think this can be divided into two smaller apartments.

Wonderful experience, we would stay here again.

Wir waren fünf Tage in der Ferienwohnung von Attilio und Tanuccia in Cala Gonone und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, in wenigen Minuten ist man am Supermarkt und auch am schönen Strand oder am Hafen von wo aus die Schiffe die anderen Buchten anlaufen. Attilio und Tanuccia sind äusserts freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und produzieren selbst ein hervorragendes Olivenöl und einen wunderbaren Mirto. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Het is een groot appartement met heel veel binnen en buitenruimte. Alles is dubbel uitgevoerd. We hebben alle comfort die wij ons wensten.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Geschirr war vorhanden. Alle Geräte haben perfekt funktioniert. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut für kleinere Gruppen oder zwei Familien. Es gibt auf jeder Terrasse Meerblick. Restaurants, Strand und Supermarkt sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Es gab genug Platz und eine gepfegte Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Der Außenbereich ist überdacht und bietet auch reichlich Platz für das Frühstück an frischer Luft mit Blick auf das Meer. Frische Brötchen gibt es beim Supermarkt, der 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 8 Minuten. Wir waren zu fünft zum klettern in Cala Gonone und hatten beide Wohnungen gemeinsam gemietet. Der Vermieter hat uns ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war super. Es hat einfach rundum alles gepasst und wir kommen gerne wieder.

We have been very happy in Attilio Villa and in Cala Gonone as well. Excellent accommodation. Highly recommended.

We had a very comfortable stay. Very close to many restaurants and the port but nice and quiet with a nice view from the patios. The main master bed was very comfortable, while the 2nd master bed was a bit firm for our taste. Lots of space and very well equipped. The owners were so gracious and accommodating with check in and check out times and lovely treats on arrival. Would have liked to stay longer!

Cette villa est très bien située à Cala Gonone avec tous confort . Les propriétaires sont très sérieux du bien être des locataires. Je recommande Vraiment cette villa propre et fonctionnelle . Je remercie encore monsieur et madame PIRAS pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil.

Es sind sehr schön ausgestattete Wohnungen. Durch die Verbindungstür auch ideal für zwei Familien oder Gruppen. Der Vermieter ist super nett. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte sehr gut, alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet, Probleme umgehend gelöst. Die Wohnungen haben mehrere Terrassen mit Meerblick, alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage , es gab sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand. Die Parkplätze auf der Straße sind kostenlos, der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in wenige als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

We were a party of 4 adults and 1 child so we rented both apartments for 5 nights. Attilio met us and showed us around his beautiful home. He gave us some great recommendations on where to eat and imparted some very useful local knowledge. The apartments are very spacious, very well maintained and with all mod cons. They are in an ideal location as well within about a 5 - 10 minute walk of the harbour beach and around 10 - 15 minutes of the big beach. Restaurants, supermarkets and bars are literally a 5 minute walk away, couldn't be much better. The outdoor space was the main reason we chose this property. 3 beautiful terraces and a BBQ garden area on the ground floor. The views from the terraces on the first floor are incredible, a perfect place for a couple of glasses of wine in the evening. We travelled with our 2 year old and although we were on the first floor, the terraces were so well maintained and fenced i wasn't concerned about him at all, he pretty much roamed as much as he wanted. Attilio very kindly supplied a travel cot for him as well. All in all a perfect apartment in a perfect location to explore the streets and beaches of Cala Gonone, cant recommend highly enough. Thank you very much Attilio for your hospitality, we hope to have the pleasure of staying with you again someday.

Abbiamo trascorso 15gg in questi due deliziosi appartamenti comunicanti. Eravamo due famiglie per un totale di 7 persone. Gli appartamenti hanno ricevuto un rinnovo nell'arredamento quest'anno che ha arricchito il comfort complessivo. Pratici, puliti e dotati veramente di tutto. La posizione degli appartamenti è a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, vicinissima alla pineta e a pochi passi da 3 alimentari. Attilio e Tanuccia poi sono due host meravigliosi: gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Ci hanno anche fatto trovare dell'ottimo mirto di loro produzione e dei dolcetti sardi al nostro arrivo. Le comunicazioni sono sempre state fluide e piacevoli. L'ospitalità della famiglia Piras è unica insomma. Super consigliato e grazie ancora Attilio e Tanuccia! A presto!!

Ciao, ottimo appartamento, posizione incantevole, i proprietari ti fanno sentire a casa tua. Noi consigliamo ovviamente alle famiglie con figli, ma anche alle coppie che vogliono indipendenza e tranquillità. Sicuramente torneremo. Marco & Cinzia

Wir sind für 11 Übernachtungen mit 6 Personen unter gekommen. Am Tag der Anreise wurden wir von dem Vermietern sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und wurden in alles Wichtige eingewiesen (Müllentsorgung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Umgang mit Geräten wie zB Gasherd, Holzkohlegrill, Waschmaschine etc.). Außerdem hat uns der Vermieter einige Tipps zu Stränden oder Wanderrouten in der Umgebung gegeben. Für fitte Urlauber können wir die Wanderroute von der Unterkunft direkt bis zum Strand "Cala Cortoe" empfehlen. Der Weg dauert insgesamt etwa 3 Stunden und verläuft direkt durch die felsige Berglandschaft entlang der Küste zwischen Orosei und Cala Gonone. Die Wohnung kam insgesamt besser rüber, als wir zunächst anhand der Bilder erwartet hatten. Am Stadtstrand ist man nach 5-7 Minuten Fußmarsch. Restaurants und Supermärkte lassen sich in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Bei fragen stand der Vermieter jederzeit zurVerfügung. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem was uns geboten wurde zu diesem Preis super zufrieden!

La casa è molto bella, ben arredata, spaziosa sia internamente che esternamente e non dimentichiamoci la simpatia gentilezza e disponibilità di Attilio e Tanuccia. Vacanza indimenticabile anche perché l'aiuto di Attilio nelle scelta delle spiagge, dei luoghi da visitare e dei...ristoranti è stato determinante. Consigliabilissima per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. Tre camere da letto ampie, due bagni, salone e cucina molto grandi. E inoltre 2 spazi esterni per poter mangiare comodamente in 6/8. Das Haus hat ein wunderbare Lage und ist toll ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die beiden Terrassen laden zum draußen Sitzen und zum Genießen der Aussicht ein. Der Ort ist wunderschön. Danke für den schönen Urlaub.

La casa è molto spaziosa, ben attedata e accessoriata. Una bella terrazza dove poter mangiare all'aperto con vista sul mare. Molto comodo il barbecue nel giardino per fare delle fantastiche grigliate. Ci sono due bagni, uno grande con vasca e uno più piccolo con doccia. Se vogliamo trovare qualcosa da migliorare si potrebbe aggiungere una tenda nella vasca in modo da poterla utilizzare come doccia. La casa si trova in buona posizione, vicino al lungomare e al porto anche se la strada è in pendenza per cui il rientro a piedi è un po' pesante. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, talmente ospitali da omaggiare gli ospiti con olio, dolci sardi e mirto fatti in casa. Nel complesso un'esperienza fantastica!!!

Luglio 2018, grazie alla casa molto bella, estremamente funzionale e con una vista splendida e ai suoi proprietari, Tanuccia e Attilio Piras, gentilissimi, cordiali, affabili e dai buoni consigli abbiamo passato una super vacanza. L'ubicazione della villa consente di raggiungere a piedi il centro di Cala Gonone e il mare in pochi minuti e grazie alla pineta e al verde di cui è circondata, fruisce di una sorta di barriera acustica, soprattutto serale, notevole pur essendo a due passi dalla "vita". Certamente il contesto ambientale aiuta molto perché personalmente credo che l'Ogliastra sia uno dei luoghi più belli d'Italia e non solo. Per chi come me e i miei amici vacanzieri piace camminare è anche il posto ideale per raggiungere spiagge splendide dopo magnifiche e impegnative escursioni ma anche luoghi dell'entroterra pieni di fascino, bellezze naturali e culturali. Per la cronaca il mare lo si può raggiungere anche senza fatica e con tutte le comodità del caso. Cos'altro dire se non auspicare, in un prossimo futuro, un ritorno in questo luogo.

We spent two weeks in this spacious well equipped house. We were met by Atillio & Tanuccia who wanted to give us all the information we needed to enjoy our holiday (google translate was very handy) Both terraces are undercover so we could eat outdoors at anytime and be in the shade. (supermarkets were only a few minutes away) We used the BBQ on a few occasions and there are also lots of restaurants only a short walk away. The local beach is also close by and there are many boat trips available to see the other beaches and beautiful coves. If you manage to visit some of the other beaches there are great snorkelling opportunities. Thank you Atillio and Tanuccia for your hospitality

The apartment is a short walk to beach area and downtown. Comfortable accommodations and attentive hosts. Great experience, we would definitely return.

Wir waren hier über den Osterferien. Der Ort ist noch ruhig und beschaulich. Die Ferienwohnung ist für 4 Erwachsene gut ausgestattet. Hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eines davon ist für Kinder. 2 gute Bäder. Es können mindestens 2 Autos (hintereinander) auf dem Grundstück parken. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die Kommunikation kann mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm gelingen, aber es schadet nicht wenn man eine romanische Sprache spricht. Wir könnten vom Haus aus wandern und klettern gehen. This is a very nice vacation flat. You can't go wrong renting this apartment. We spent our Easter vacation 2018 here. The town was nice and quiet - businesses were just slowly opening. (But, I wouldn't recommend coming to Sardinia before April, better even mid April - fewer surprises weather wise). The apartment is equipped with a warm/cold ac. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 separate bath rooms. 1 bedroom seems to be for children. In any case 2 couples will have enough space and privacy. We thought the rent was a bargain. Also, you can park in the house drive way with 2 cars. And best of all the location; 5 min walking distance to everything and yet in a quite side street. Perfect. Nice landlord and lady, but be prepared to use a computer translation program. Also: there are some nice hikes and and a few decent walls to climb within walking distance from the house (20 - 30 min.).

Wir hatten bereits kurz nach der Buchung Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, der nach unseren Bedürfnissen wegen der Zimmerbelegung fragte. Dank Google-Übersetzer war es kein Problem, sich mit dem nur italienisch sprechenden Eigentümer auszutauschen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung fand absolut unkompliziert statt, wir bekamen von Attilio und seiner Frau Tanuccia sogar zur Begrüßung noch einen Korb mit landestypischen Leckereien und einem landestypischen Likör überreicht. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche ist alles da. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Bettwäsche versehen, den Gästen werden jeweils drei Handtücher überlassen. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind in Ordnung, ebenso die beiden Bäder, alles gepflegt und sauber. Die Terasse ist wunderschön mit Blick in die Bucht. Selbst ein W-LAN wird zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles zusammen war diese Ferienwohnung perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

The hosts were warm and friendly and very helpful. The accommodation was perfect, spacious, easily accompanied 6 adults, clean, good quality rooms and kitchen, lovely outside area for meals. AC worked well. Good sea views. Really is 5 minute walk to the beach. The small seaside town of Calls Gonone is a pretty small town, good mix of shops and restaurants, quiet. The beach is beautiful, clear waters, even in busy season was not crowded plenty of space. The sea was great for swimming and snorkelling, loads of fish to see. Overall a relaxing beach holiday, in beautiful setting, highly recommended.

Our stay was delightful. Attilio and Tanuccia hospitality is wonderful. The space is very clean, organised, and comfortably furnished with a great view from the balcony. We really enjoyed our morning coffee staring at the sea. The outside BBQ grill was a very nice amenity. The place looks even better than the pictures! The internet was reliable so the kids were happy. Great location - close to the beach, and to the many 'cale' that makes the area special. We stayed for 10 days, and was very sad when we had to leave. We would definitely recommend!

Spent two wonderful weeks with family and two kids.

This apartment is a fantastic choice. First, the location of the house is close to everything and at the same time is away from crowd and loud parts. The beach is nearly 5 min by foot along beautiful shady alley. There are several supermarkets just 3-5 min walk away, a gastronome, a take away pizza (if you are to cook and eat at the house). The house is extreamly spacious. We stayed: 4 adults, 2 teenagers, and 1child-absolutely enought space for everyone. 3 full bedrooms, two very spacious bathrooms. Everything is spaced out very conviniently so that no one bothers. The kitchen is like your own kitchen at home. It has everything you need to cook and to enjoy your meal. Beautiful upper terrace and a balcony gives a fantastic view over the bay. The lower BBQ area also has a huge table and everything you need to make a BBQ. The included A/C is such a bonus during hot summer nights. I also want to mention the parcking space right by the house and away from the srteet. It is very convinient since the parcking space is limited in Cala Gonone. The owners are very kind and open and ready to help any time. Thank you very much Attilio!
