As described! In the 2nd block from the beach w a full grocery store behind the bldg. Very close to beach and boardwalk, plenty of dining available all within walking distance. Condo was very clean, cool and comfortable for 5 adults. Fun week watching the jets over head and short trips to Norfolk war ship and Busch Gardens.. easy chk in and chk out

It was a nice location to the beach, clean and perfect size space for our family.

This was a nice place to stay for our family of 3. Quiet building and comfortable beds. Condo needs some updating (some stained carpets). Master Bathroom is small/tight. Grocery store is next door. One hour from Williamsburg/Busch Gardens.

We lived in va bch for a few years. We come back every year and typically stay in sandbridge. This was a nice change of pace for my teenagers. Tons of stores and places to eat within walking distance. Grocery store right across the street. As with any condo we were on the 3rd floor/top and always recommend this as sounds proofing is always an issue.

I didn't personally like the decor for a long stay. The carpet was solid and needs shampooing. The master bed mattress was not the most comfortable and the porch requires some deep cleaning. I didn't feel like I was staying in a newly remodeled property as The bathroom is dated, furniture, sinks requires updating. The building location and common areas were kept very clean at all times. The location is ideal and accessible to resturants, beach, boardwalks.

My family and I were excited to visit Virginia Beach. Working with Margie and her team was great. She was on top of everything and our stay was a lot of fun. Any questions we had she answered. Strongly recommend Margie and her team!

location to beach is great, very quiet, grocery store across the street. Condo very clean and fully stock with all your cooking utensils. We enjoyed it very much.

We stay at by owner rentals 3-4 times a year and this is the cleanest one we can recall. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We've stayed in the building before and it is very convenient. Having to pick up keys (2 mins away) is the only very small inconvenience. A wonderful stay. We'll be back!

Great location! All of the places we visited were within 30 minutes, most much closer. Easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds.

We had a nice time at this rental. The check-in process was clunky. Easily could have shared the door codes with me prior and had the parking passes and welcome packet in the unit. Instead we had to go to a separate location and get a code to retreat unit materials. Margie was not picking up het phone on a Saturday at 4:00pm even with a text to her that we were an hour out (her request). After a long drive down the last hiccup you need is not getting into your rental. The space was fine. I expected a bit more because the price is relatively higher than other rentals in the area. The kitchen and living area are big but the couch is uncomfortable and “well used”. There are two ikea rocking chairs that were new and nice to sit in. The balcony is very small 2 people max and right outside the kids room so noise is an issue. The bedrooms were nice and the laundry facilities in the master were very nice. Bathrooms are just ok. Master bathroom shower door was off the track and the towel hooks are above the toilet. I thought that was gross. Master vanity is outside the shower space. 2nd bathroom has zero storage or space for a dob kit. No bath mats so bring extra or order some. The beds were nice and seemed new. Master bedroom is very big and there are big new TVs in each room. 2nd bedroom had a nice pottery barn type double bunk bed large dresser and good size closet. Furniture in both bedrooms was high quality, new, clean and fresh. Kitchen set up is weird. There isn’t a pantry so all of your items have to be on the counter. Also there is carpet throughout the eating space. Stressed me out with kids eating and spills. The pool is super basic. Very small and crowded. I remember 5-7 loungers total and no tables. This is not a space you want to spend your afternoons. I was bummed because we specifically picked this rental for the pool. Kids were fine with it but it was smaller than a backyard pool and and filled with people. The main complaint we had was the water was turned off without notice or warning on Thursday morning of our stay. There are about 7 large signs taped up in the elevator about the 100s of rules for the building so clearly the building management uses signs to communicate, although we had no warning for the water stoppage. We were without water from 9am-1:00pm. Margie from BH didn’t even know about it. Overall the place was nice. I don’t think we will rent again but it served us fine this year.

We had a great time at this property. It is clean and close to everything. The beach is just a short walk away as is the supermarket. The condo pool is clean as well and we used it a couple of times. Overall I highly recommend this place.

Unit was clean and as advertised. Loved that all doors had number entry so no keys were needed all week!

We enjoyed our stay at a nice condo.

Peaceful condo location right in the heart of all of the beach activities. We stayed last week for a Dance competition and enjoyed very peaceful evenings to rest with the option to walk a block and a half to the ocean. The property manager was very welcoming and helpful in the whole process. We left with 3 National Champion trophies and loads of great memories. The only sad thing was that the hot tub wasn’t working. After dancing 7-9 hours a day my kids were looking forward to the hot tub.

We had a great experience renting this property! We had previously stayed in a different unit in the same building so we were familiar with the area. The walk to the beach is super close. It’s wonderful to have the pool option when you are traveling with kids. The unit itself was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for three adults and 2 children. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking if you wish. There is a nice grocery store right next door for anything you may need plus lots of shops and restaurants. We hope to go back next summer and hopefully this unit will be available again.
