We had a lovely time staying at Julie’s Penthouse. Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The property is super clean and has absolutely everything you need. Beds are so comfortable I wanted to take them home. We will definitely be back again, thanks again for a lovely stay.

We were looking for a getaway to catch up with our family and we loved this beach front apartment so much, It was extremely clean and had everything we could ask for and more. The location could not have been better. The apartment was very welcoming and comfortable with stunning views. The grand children were very excited when we were able to track whales moving north just off the coast. Three good sized bedrooms, clean and fresh. The upstairs undercover roof top area was a terrific space to gather for a BBQ with everything you might need provided and the space was all ours. We were able to just relax have a wine or two and enjoying the amazing view. Our host Julie has been nothing but accommodating and helpful. She had excellent communication with us and was very understanding making the check in and out process easy with clear instructions to follow. The underground car parks and lift was easy to access. Nothing was a problem. We look forward to returning in the not too distant future. Thanks again Julie.

In all the years I have rented holiday apartments this would have been the cleanest with the best equipped kitchen I have ever seen. The owner obviously cares about this property. The view is lovely and the location is very family friendly.

Love, love and love this fabulous unit. I did not want to leave and now dream of owning such a property. The views are brilliant, the location could not of been better and bedding was high end, cosy and extremely comfortable. The roof top is absolutely brilliant! Four different seating options, amazing views and equipped with everything you need. Julie, the owner, is the nicest person I have ever dealt with when organising a place to stay. Would I recommend this gorgeous penthouse to others ~ absolutely!

We had a wonderful holiday with the most magnificent view of the beach from the balcony and rooftop. The layout of the unit cleverly takes advantage of the beach view, and the unit was spacious and very clean. Julie was wonderful to deal with and promptly responded to any questions we had, and made the check in and check out process a breeze. Thanks Julie for sharing your unit with us. We had the most wonderful and relaxing stay.

You can't get better if you want close to the beach. Just about everything you need is here. Local eateries are close and good but you will just want to sit and watch the whales and ships go by from the balcony.

The description of the property is truly accurate, the beach is just downstairs and the area has a wonderful atmosphere. The apartment itself was extremely clean and catered for everything you could need with plenty of space, cooking gear/cutlery and linen. The fully equipped kitchen on the rooftop is an added bonus as you don’t have to cart anything up or down. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to! Julie was so helpful from booking to checkout and very quick to reply to any queries. I absolutely recommend this penthouse for the most relaxing holiday, we can’t wait to go back!

This apartment is exceptionally appointed for self contained living. It has flexible living spaces for families. The beach front location allows enjoyment of the beach from the comfort of the apartment in any weather conditions. Eating out or in was a joy as the living is easy here.

Great location with Kings Beach literally on the front door plus cafes etc. Beautiful aspect from the huge veranda and lovely to have the sliding doors open for the sound of waves and sea breezes to come in. The roof top area is so good anytime of the day. The unit is well appointed - our stay was very comfortable and the property manager was fabulous - made the process very easy for us. We will be back for sure. 😊�

Fantastic view from penthouse and huge private rooftop area. Great family holiday location close to everything.

We went for a long week end recently with friends. This place was way beyond our expectations. From the magnificent kitchen to the lounge with (not kidding) panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean or buttoned up cosy and private by the timber shutters, the choice was ours... all the way up to "that" top deck! The entertaining options up there we found were almost limitless, with the huge stainless outdoor kitchen, lounge, dining and sun soaking zones... and that breathtaking view. As an added bonus, when we didn't want to eat in, there are plenty of casual dining and entertainment choices facing the ocean on the ground floor. We'll be back that's for sure... many thanks for recommending this penthouse to us.

Perfect location and accomodation. We had such a great time during our recent stay.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views. Loved hearing the ocean at all times of day and watching ships go past. Easy walk to parks and beach and aging places, as well as ocean pool. Such much for kids to do. Pool is massive and would love to return in peak summer time when a bit warmer. Host Julie was so accomodating. And provided anything we needed. Great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment and enjoyed having the upstairs balcony. The kitchen and kitchenette upstairs are catered well and the beds were comfy. I found the landlord a little overbearing considering how much we were paying to stay at the apartment, however her intentions I believe are good.

Absolutely Everything promised was thee waiting for our Holiday ! We had so much fun and we will be back ...... just look at that Location in the Photos :)

What a great place to get away for a relaxing weekend! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, movies and weekend markets. Excellent facilities. Landlord great to deal with - very accommodating. Would highly recommend a stay here for a long weekend or more!

Wonderful Family Holiday Location, Right on the Beachfront. Large 2 level Penthouse lots of room, very comfortable beds. Covered Fully Furnished Private Rooftop overlooking the Ocean with it's own Kitchen & BBQ. Julie the host was so helpful, we can't wait to go back ! Top of our list for Holiday Destinations !

We had such a great time staying here, the apartment is beautiful and is perfectly placed for access to restaurants, cafes ect, and the beach is literally a stones throw away. The beach itself was quite cove like so it meant the water was much calmer than places like the Gold Coast. However, the prize topping moment for us was watching two whales playing in the water from the amazing roof terrace. Fab place with everything you will need, including WiFi. Julie was also a real pleasure to deal with and nothing was to much trouble.
