We had a great time staying in Williams. The home is exactly as described, beautiful location on the golf course and big enough for our group.

Beautiful home. I have a short term rental myself and I understand that not everything is perfect but this home was pretty close. The outside view was beautiful and home was well stocked. I sent email when I checked out and would have liked a response but that’s just me. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Williams.

Our group of 2 families had everything we needed and the kids loved the backyard.

This was a lovely home, and in a very quiet area, which was very important to us. The children enjoyed the volleyball court, and we all enjoyed a well, equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds.

Everything in this wonderful house was as described and better. The pictures don't really reflect how spacious and nice Claudina's place is. We had everything we needed for the 2 family stay. Kids enjoyed the backyard and we were close to all the main things we wanted to see in the area - Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff. We cannot recommend Claudina's house enough for anyone looking for a great place to stay in an awesome area. THANK YOU!

Very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Spent most of our time when home in the outdoor space. Nice BBQ set up and plenty of seating. Enjoyed some of the yard games provided. Trampoline was a hit with the granddaughter. Peaceful, private backyard.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this home. It is comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The house is located on a quiet street with a spacious tree-filled space in the back and on the sides. We even saw deer grazing behind the house! The kids enjoyed the trampoline and playing in the patches of snow outside. There were plenty of amenities and supplies inside. Would definitely recommend this lovely home to others!

Overall the property was enjoyable. We had a very fun stay and found the house good for family visiting. However, the driveway was not plowed and we had to shovel heavy crusty snow to get into the house. We were never able to park in the driveway. Upon arrival, The pilot light needed relighting in order to get hot water. The owner should consider checking the property imore frequently in winter months

We had 9 of us for Thanksgiving.. worked out great as a house and a location!

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful pines surrounding the property. Our view was the golf course in the back patio area. Wonderful patio with outdoor kitchen for cooking! It was a wonderful time for our family to spend time together! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had a lovely stay at this home. We were a group of 5 adults and 3 kids (ages 3, 5, and 8) and the house suited our needs perfectly. It was very clean, check-in was smooth and communication with the host was clear, easy and prompt. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, especially if kids are in your group!

This home has a large great room area for gathering with family and friends. It was clean and comfortable. The only major issue we experienced was that the upstairs bathroom sink wasn't working properly--which meant the people staying in the two upstairs bedrooms had to use the sink in the downstairs bathroom. Definitely an inconvenience which I wish we had been told about in advance. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay here.

If you are looking for a place to stay in the GC area, just stop looking and book this. It is perfect. We had a couple of hiccups while here (life happens), but that is not important. What was was the fact the owners (or property manager) were very easy to get a hold of and rectified the situation very quickly. The place was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and there were ample cooking supplies and gadgets. We (family of 6) flew in to Phoenix and it was a simple drive to get to the place. The drives to Sedona and the Canyon were easy as well. A Safeway grocery was close for supplies and food. There are no hesitations from us to book again.

Great property with lots of room for 2 families. Very close to Williams and the Polar Express. Great open space for the kids to play in the snow.

This is a beautiful property, but not really set up for a VRBO. So many personal items everywhere. It only sleeps 8 comfortable without dragging out air mattresses. There was nothing available to shovel the snow and we slipped several times on the ice and snow on the walkway and driveway.

Great location, near Bearizona, Polar Express, short drives within and hour to North Pole Experience , Grand Canyon and Grand Canyon Cavern . Nice neighbor hood and backs up to beautiful golf course. Backyard has nice patio area , BBQ, fire pit ,trampoline, volleyball and room for the kids to play , also deer in the neighbor hood.

Our family came to go to the Grand Canyon. The house was very clean and well equipped. We used the grill a few times. The neighborhood was nice.

Let me preface by saying that this is a lovely property in a beautiful setting. Six of us spend at week playing golf, card games and relaxing. The backyard is wonderful and the house has everything you could want for entertaining. Our only complaint is that the house has so many personal items in drawers, cupboards and closets that we almost felt intrusive. There wasn't one free cupboard in the kitchen to store our groceries, the entire door of the refrigerator was full, closets had personal clothes hanging on rods and on shelves, some of the drawers in the bedrooms were full of their personal clothes and miscellaneous items. Most VRBO's store their personal items in a locked area leaving room for visitors to put their things away. That being said, I would highly recommend the property. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful when we found that there wasn't a Keurig coffee pot as stated on their website. The trash bins hadn't been emptied when we arrived, but he called for an extra pickup and they came within a couple of days. All in all we had a great time and would book the home again.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It was a small reunion of family members who don't see each other much. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies, from bath towels to toilet paper. I enjoyed having access to the laundry room. They even had laundry soap but I did bring my own. I love the gas stove as that is what I am used to having. We are accustomed to staying in resorts with full facilities so there are some things I bought that I wouldn't have needed (like salt and pepper or cooking spray). On the flip side there were some things that were missing, like casserole/cake pans and different mixing bowls. However there is a Family Dollar just down the road where you can buy disposable cake pans cheap and we were able to make do with what we had for bowls. The beds were comfortable, the grill worked well, and the temp in the house was good once we figured out how to use the thermostat and fans. There were lots of amenities we didn't get to fully use because of our short stay. The patio furniture looked fun if we would have had time to relax out there. We even had a brief encounter with the neighbor who was delightful and was willing to take our group photo. The new ring doorbell chime was in our bedroom so when others got up early and went outside, it chimed in our room and woke us up. We also didn't know how to arm and disarm the alarm. I think some instructions by the alarm unit may have been helpful. The front door latch and the sliding door latches were a bit tricky too but not unmanageable. Overall it was a great meeting place for us and everyone had fun and appreciated the beautifully decorated home.

We had a great time in Williams, the house was absolutely perfect! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could want or need. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was the best one yet! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great property, very roomy and very clean!! The fridge and spice rack were well stocked and had everything we either needed or had forgotten to bring with us. The kids loved the trampoline too! This only small issue we ran into was that the Dish Network on the living room tv and the bedroom upstairs didn’t work when we first started up the tv’s. It was late at night when we encountered this and didn’t want to disturb the host. Luckily hubby is a IT guy and was able to get it up eventually that night.. Otherwise than that, great stay and location!! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
