Lovely home in East Nashville. The location is great and the house is quiet despite being located on a very busy street.

The check in and check out were easy. The comminication of information, from the owner was good. Close to downtown and minutes from shopping.

I looked through MANY houses in Nashville and continued to come back to this one- thank goodness!! It's so clean, a great location and the host are incredible! Book it!

Beautiful home- clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Very spacious main living area. Nice of the owner to provide soap and tp. I would stay there again with no hesitation. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

One of the best properties we've ever rented. They thought of everything you might need. Set a standard of excellence that I want in all my rentals going forward. So comfortable for our family. The location was perfect no matter what part of town we visted.

We met up with out adult children for a long weekend and wanted to stay together so after much researching I chose this house. So glad we did. It is very clean with a lot of space to move around in. The house is adorable with very comfortable furniture. Bonus is that it is a very short uber ride to the downtown area.

This home is beautiful and the owners paid close attention to details. This was my first air bnb and if they are all this great it will not be my last.

The location was great for downtown. It was also very clean and very tastefully decorated. What impressed me most was the ease of communication between us and the homeowners. They were very friendly, accommodating and very pleasant to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Beautiful home with wonderful small details everywhere. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great location 2 miles from downtown. Super comfortable beds and furniture.

Great property and perfect location for a Nashville get away.

This property is well-situated in East Nashville. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Immaculate condition. Ample parking, both on street and in attached garage. Simple, easy check-in. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I switched to this home last minute from a hotel because I knew we were going to need a lot of laundry help. I think we really got lucky! The home is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need, the bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and beautifully decorated. There are two porches for sitting in the mornings. The parking was easy and right out front of the townhouse. I ran early in the morning and felt perfectly safe. There is a park very close and when we went to Broadway we easily found an Uber wtihin 5 minutes of requesting it. The owners are very responsive with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again. We had a wonderful time. There are also several very good restaurants close as well as a Publix and a Kroger. Both have Starbucks right there as well. Extremely easy place to stay no matter why you're in Nashville. It was also very quiet. We would definitely rent again!

This was the perfect property to call home base. We came to Nashville to celebrate a 60th birthday and this house and neighborhood provided everything we needed! The owners seem to have thought of everything and the organization of the house and the website was much appreciated!

We had reserved for 8, but ended up with 5. Six people would be tops without using the sofa bed. The house is absolutely amazing & beautiful! Perfectly set up for a relaxing time. Short uber ride to downtown. Neighborhood is very nice & felt safe. They’ve thought of everything you might need. Dream kitchen is more than equipped. Beds were comfortable & outdoor patios were so nice. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Casa Shelby. It was modern, sleek and complete with lots of wonderful extras. I was drawn in by the website pictures through the tree tops. One enters at the upper level so the main living area is all like that. Unlike many rentals, the quality of the kitchen amenities was not the cheap variety. We enjoyed calling someone else’s home our home for the Christmas holidays, and we had everything we needed. It didn’t hurt that on Christmas Eve when we went out on the entry way, there were big snowflakes coming down! We had been to Nashville many times and stayed downtown amidst all the activity. Frankly, this was a nice and delightful new change. Lockeland Springs is a great and historic neighborhood with lots to see within walking distance, including a small commercial district and a huge park. Absolutely we would stay here again and encourage others to do likewise.

Wow is what comes to mind when reviewing about this property. Yes, the house is beautiful and it looks just like the photos. Any surprises are only good surprises that make the home even better. The attention to detail is amazing. The home has everything and is probably the cleanest property (hotel or home) that we have ever visited. The communications with the hosts was top notch. We can't wait to return to Nashville for another visit.

We planned a surprise trip for my husband’s 50tj birthday and we could NOT have asked for a better home to stay in! From the great location, to the easy check-in process, to the cleanliness of this beautiful home our expectations were totally exceeded!
