Gorgeous property! We enjoyed our stay. Great for large families.

Great property, great location.

Fantastic house. Love the layout, especially the family room and kitchen level. Made it easy for large families to interact. Double refrigerator was handy as well as separate ice maker. Loved the ease to get to the beach. And the elevator was extremely helpful for our seniors…note that it doesn’t go to the upper floor. Unfortunately some of the appliances were not working well (dryers and stove). There were other miscellaneous items that need to be fixed as well, suspect it was delayed maintenance until after high season.

We had a pleasant stay, however the property is tired looking and is in need of some maintenance and repair.

great house as advertized. Some appliances need servicing due to constant use. (a/c drains, both refrigerator's freezer sections, upstair's clother's dryer.) have rented house for 2023

The house fit our family perfectly. We had 8 adults and 8 children, ages 12 years to 7 months. We loved the private pool and private boardwalk. The well-stocked kitchen, with 2 refrigerators, made meal preparation a breeze. We would definitely recommend this property for large groups!

We have a group of 16 that go on golf trips every spring. It’s been a bit 15 years since being in Gulf Shores. The house was perfect. I accommodated all of us spaciously. Exactly what we wanted, and exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you.

Beautiful place! Perfect for our three families attending. We had more bedrooms than we needed! It was so close to the beach and the heated pool at the end of February was definitely a plus!

Great place right off the beach! Nice little pool to relax in with the kids.

Good experience throughout. Wanted a place on the beach for multiple families with children. Small heated pool worked out great to occupy the children when too cold for the beach. Spacious kitchen and dining area was awesome everyone really enjoyed the open layout. Prickett was always responsive.

Unfortunately the elevator did not work but the stairs were great exercise!

Was a great place to stay hope to come back next year . Elevator wasn’t working which we had a handicap person so was a little difficult . Over all great place

First off let me say the house is beautiful. We had a large group and we never felt packed in or cramped. The beds were comfortable and the place was tidy and aside from the second floor sandy bedrooms it was pretty great. Unfortunately the elevator stopped working after about 4 uses and that really sucked over he weekend as maintenance didn't arrive till Tues. I get it was Labor Day weekend, but we were counting on it's use as we had some folks with knee issues. But it was fixed. We also had issue with no lights around the pool deck. One of our group fell in the pool at night. Could have been a real accident luckily he wasn't uninjured and NO he wasn't drinking. It was just pitch black. We ran and got string lights at my expense just so we could see the deck area.. The light issue was finally fixed as well, though the light amber lights are way too dim. All in all I would recommend the house despite these issues. It was easy to contact the management and they did respond sympathetically to my concerns. Very short walk to the beach so that was a bonus

We loved the Yassy House! The floor plan is awesome! Our family of 15 were very comfortable and we had extra beds. The elevator was such a blessing for my husband who has back and heart issues and to bring in groceries. The pool is a little small, but we all had fun in it. Loved not having to share it with strangers. The only negative (and we dealt with it) was an insufficient amount of casserole dishes and towels/potholders in the kitchen. We had read other reviews and brought some along. I’d highly recommend staying at the Yassy house!

What a wonderful beach house! Everything was just perfect!! We traveled with 16 family members. So much room for everyone!!

We had 17 in our group so the dining area was just perfect! We cooked breakfast and lunch and ate out at night. The kitchen amenities served us well. The pool and beach kept everyone happy all day. Beds were very comfortable. Prickett Properties was very responsive to the couple of calls we made. Parking was very adequate for our 4 vehicles. Location was perfect for restaurants and activities. We made wonderful memories during this week and this was possible because everyone was comfortable and happy! Thanks so much!

Awesome house right on the beach with plenty of space for a big group to sleep and hang out. The group before us that checked out broke a couple things and left some trash in the pool that the cleaning crew understandably missed, but outside that it was really clean and would recommend to future groups!

Weather was terrible but the house made it bearable

The house was wonderful. Directly on the water, great heated deck pool, had everything we needed! Very clean and comfortable.

This was a great house. It was well taken care of. Maintenance responded quickly to our few issues. The pool was great. The beach was wonderful. We would love to use this house again.

I didn't want to leave a negative review for the Yassy House, but Prickett's Property management left me no choice after they replied to a feedback e-mail I sent with: "We hate you but thank you." My family and I stayed for 4 nights at the Yassy house over Spring Break. The home is spacious and comfortable, great for a big family. Having the beach out the backdoor and pool to relax in were pluses as well.One of our main attractions to this home was the elevator because my 63-year old father has an amputated leg, making climbing stairs difficult for him. Sadly, the elevator stopped working the first night we arrived. The next day it took multiple calls to Prickett's Property management before a technician arrived late that afternoon. A day later the elevator stopped working again. After calling Prickett Properties again, rather than sending a technician to the house, I was asked by them to enter the crawl space above the elevator and reset the unit myself.Other issues that arrose while staying at the home included the living room lights and ceiling fans not working for the entire stay, one dryer that wouldn't work due to a clogged vent, another dryer that had a problem with the lent trap tearing clothes/towels, a loose pedestal vanity in the main floor's bathroom, and dangerously dull kitchen knives. We also saw roaches in the kitchen.My family later asked Prickett's management if they would consider a slight refund only due to the difficulty the lack of elevator caused my father. They declined, which is their right. I let them know I disagreed with their stance, but understood there was nothing further I could do. What was unacceptable and the main reason I'm leaving a poor review for what is otherwise a nice house is Prickett Properties final response to me via e-mail (copied again from above): "We hate you but thank you."

We had such a good time at this VRBO! It was perfect for our group of 10 people we had enough privacy as couples but yet had a big area to meet and be together. The kitchen was awesome! The beat part was the beach access right out our back door!

There were 8 in our group. We loved having all of the space!! We did think the kitchen could’ve used more baking pans, utensils, and wash cloths/towels. I can’t imagine how 24 people could actually use what’s there to make a meal and clean up. There were some repairs that needed to be done. A few holes in the ceiling and a fuse that kept blowing. There have been storms in the area recently and it was evident as you drove through. The kids really enjoyed the pool and elevator! All in all we had a great week!!

The house was huge with plea ty of room for several families. The beach was very clean and plenty of fish to be caught! We all had a fantastic beach vacation!

We had a great time and would definitely go back. The house was perfect for our needs. It was missing a few things that would have made it better that we have had at other properties like beach furniture, blow dryer, cookie sheet etc. but it had many that most don’t. Over all a great experience!

The Yassy house was perfect for a large family. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood. I would recommend it for all who love direct access to the beach.

We had 14 adults stay for the week. Plenty of Room. Loved that 6 of the bedrooms had private bathrooms. A midweek pool cleaning would have been nice. We used the pool a lot. More dish towels in the kitchen would have been nice. Frying pans were not the best. Those 3 small suggestions were the only things we noticed. Loved the open floor plan. Used the elevator. Glad I read the details and brought our own beach towels. A great week.

Perfect vacation rental for a large family and ideal location right on the beach. My family loved the view and rental property. Will definitely rent again.

Great house with lots of extras. We spent our fall break here and this house checks all the boxes.

We only had 4 adults and 2 kids, but we wanted a place with private beach access and a private pool. This place looked gorgeous online and maybe even better in person. We have a 2 year old and a 2 month old and it was perfect for them. They napped in the living room while we sat by the pool and we were able to easily look in the huge windows to check on them. We brought a bunch of activities for our 2 year old and he made one of the huge dining tables his activity table. The elevator was a huge help in getting luggage and groceries upstairs, and also when taking the baby up to the bedroom. Even though there were only 4 adults, it was nice to have so much space to get away if we wanted to. We didn’t even use the top floor which had 5 more bedrooms. We wanted our son to sleep in the bunk beds, but they were on the top floor, and we were staying on the floor below to have a room with a balcony, so we just put our son in a king bedroom on our level. Then my parents took the other king bedroom on that level with a balcony. The baby slept in our room in a pack and play. It worked out really well. It was nice having a washer & dryer upstairs and downstairs as we constantly had a load of laundry going. We saw dolphins jumping in the ocean most mornings, and the sunrises were amazing to watch on the balcony. Also there are flat screen mounted tv’s in every single room. We watch a lot of sports and Disney channel (lol) so that was huge for us. We are already planning to go back next year.
