Our family enjoyed spending time at the cabin. We had so much fun using the pool table and ping pong table. We had everything we needed for the kitchen to cook our meals. It rained so we were unable to bbq or use the outdoor amenities.

I saw a recent bad review right before my stay at this cabin, and it caused me to question if I should keep my reservation. I did and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. This was a clean, comfortable and well-stocked cabin in the woods. Additionally, the owner was very responsive {before and during our stay}

The property was nice. There were some issues with the lights and switches not working. I don’t feel the pull out couch in the garage is a viable sleeping option. Ping pong equipment needs to be updated. The cabin was in a nice neighborhood and an good deal for the price.

Unfortunately the only good thing about this trip was the weather.. House was NOT clean, sheets were dirty, spiders everywhere in the house, house smelled like a litter box, none of the appliances match, the refrigerator was not working therefore more then half our food went bad. This cabin was nothing like in the pictures, nothing matched, it had different furniture then the pictures, upstairs in on of the rooms there was an exposed wire with no cap on it(thank goodness the kids weren’t sleeping in there), it was not a gated in yard, their was a huge crack at the ceiling right at the top of the stairs. Honestly this cabin was in no shape to be rented out it, was just one hazard after another. & to top it off we caught LICE from this property. As if I thought it couldn’t get worse! This was truly a disappointment. Please read the reviews before booking this cabin, we have NEVER had an experience like this with VRBO ever.. what was supposed to be a fun relaxing family week was a disaster and an expensive one at that! VRBO please look farther into this cabin, I do have a few pictures as proof of some of the details above.

Our trip was wonderful. Todd was extremely responsive with my questions. His detailed email prior to our arrival was spot on. The beds were cozy and the bedding very soft. We never needed the heat or fans. We opened windows during the day and had lovely breezes at night. Bring a sweatshirt for the chilly evenings. We did have lunch at the Mountainaire Grill which is always excellent. Had a fire every evening and morming coffee on the patio. We cooked a few time inside and bbqed one evening. Everything was perfect!

This house was made for families, especially with kids. Great layout and plenty of space for everyone. The kids (and adults!) had an awesome time playing on the ping pong table and were able to run around out front as well. Neighborhood was quiet and perfect located right between Sedona and Flagstaff. We BBQ’d some great dinners and even made s’mores over one of the fire pits! Communication was great and I would definitely recommend!

Paid extra for a place with a pool table, the table was unplayable. Dishwasher qas full of dishes. Things left in the dryer

We stayed for 3 nights and loved our time there. The property is clean, well maintained and we were close enough to restaurants and grocery stores, but far enough away that it really felt like we were tucked away in the woods.

Very friendly host. Good Location. Fun activities - pool, fusbool, fireplace. There is room for improvement of cleanliness. There was used used soap, open shampoo packets in the bathroom. The furnishing are old and ordinary.

The description of the house says 2 king beds. It does not. 1 king and 2 queen. Furniture in poor shape inside and out. Needs to be replaced. Refrigerator on the fritz. Froze the food inside even after we turned it down. Unless the owner does some upgrades this house is not worth the money. The grill was so filthy it took us over an hour to clean it so it was usable. The inside of the oven was filthy.

We enjoyed the cabin, enjoyed taking sometime to relax and just be with family. Although we enjoyed our time, the kitchen was smaller than expected and spiders were a daily kill; bug extermination is needed. Oyherwise my family and I were satisfied with our stay and will do this again. Thank you Dee

Excellent stay. Everything was simple & easy. Lightning quick communication. A+ location. Great weather. Cabin had everything! Games, sleeping space, TVs. Would definitely book again.

It was an awesome getaway with a small group of friends. The place had ample beds, seating, and the billiards room was fun entertainment! Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 rented this home for a couple nights with my in-laws who we hadn’t seen in a year. It was a lovely, quiet getaway to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. We even traveled to Bearizona for the day! It was stocked with all that we needed and we especially loved the bonus game room. We would rent again for sure!

We were unfamiliar with the area and were looking for a house in or near Sedona. We felt mislead how near the cabin actually was to Sedona--an hour's drive. The cabin was roomy but pretty shabby--dirty carpets and run-down furniture. The beds were the biggest problem, uncomfortable with threadbare, ill-fitting linens. The second bedroom did not have a kind bed as advertised.The bathrooms and kitchen were clean, but fixtures and appliances very dated. We enjoyed the fireplace, the large windows from the living room, and the laundry room was very nice.

I found the property manager responsive and very easy to deal with. He went the extra mile to send photographs of the holiday lights on the house. This added to the anticipation for our Christmas get away. The added touch of a Christmas tree and holiday décor also added to the enjoyment. The bonus room with the pool table is on the second floor and accessible through the bedroom with the bunk bed or a stairwell from the garage. The home feels rustic and cabin like. If this is what you are looking for then this is a good fit.

Everything about this stay was perfect. This truly is a cozy cabin feel. Fireplace was awesome. Close to Grand Canyon and Sedona. Perfect spot. I love how the master is downstairs away from other bedrooms upstairs. Gives it that privacy. Has that feeling of home. Definitely going to stay here again!

This was a great place to getaway in the mountains, very close to Sedona and Flagstaff, this will be on our summer vacation plans also.

We had an amazing stay. It was exactly what we’re were expecting in a cabin. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it was not a far drive from the hiking and places we visited. Thank you for the amazing getaway. It was just what we needed.

Not sure where I start see list- 1. Bulb burnt out on the back patio near the front door. 2. Front patio screen door does not lock nor shut properly (So we could not enjoy the weather and leave the door open) 3. Dead bolt at the stairs that go down to the garage does not engage into the slot. The light at the stairwell that leads into the garage is burned out. 4. Numerous slats of blinds are missing and a couple of them are taped as they were previously broken and don't attach directly into the connector at the Patio sliding glass door. (Lack of privacy at night) 5. Patio sliding glass door missing a screen. (Again, couldn't leave it open to enjoy the weather) 6. Can't open 2 windows in the living room due to no screens. 7. There was no Keurig coffee maker as it was noted on the info on VRBO. 8. The bath towels and wash clothes are dirty dingy and torn. (When I went to use a washcloth to wash up our first night I was so upset. How can you not have nice towels for your guest I would be embarrassed)? See pics attached. 9. All bi-fold closet doors top roller pins are missing doors don't close properly. 10. All doors are all scratched & marked up and would not close properly. 11. Sheets for the King bed kept falling off nightly. We were referred to Munds Park by a friend who has a house here and raved about how nice of a place it is and how well up kept all homes are. So, you have to understand when we got here to see in person we were highly let down. The price we paid we expected something fabulous and the pics you have on VRBO great job making them look nice. Doesn't look a thing like those in person. I'm not asking for a full refund but some type of compensation for all the stuff that we had to put up with while we were here. This was our kid moon. We just got married on Halloween and we brought our kids up with us to all have gave a great time and were all just disappointed. Also I tried to contact the owner and no response!!!

Great experience and incredible location

The house is extremely hot and the upstairs especially felt like we were never going to be able to be upstairs. The fans in the rooms would shake and are really old so you couldn’t use most of them. The oven immediately broke when we got there, the handle just came off so you couldn’t open and shut it with a handle (host didn’t even respond when I messaged them about it). Dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes, the pots and pans selection was scarce and they were so old. No measuring cups found in the house so if you want to cook or bake you really need to bring your own pots, pans, and items to help with that. The cleaners before us didn’t really clean well, there was dog food on the ground and dishes weren’t clean. For the money I feel the owner should be upgrading quite a bit and get nice pots and pans for people to cook there with. The sponges we were left for cleaning were disgusting and old. Overall a lot of space for your family but will be looking for a place next time with nicer amenities that doesn’t feel so old. When you charge such a high price you definitely need to be putting money into the cabin to make it comfortable for guests.
