Great location and outdoor area. Its really just 2 rooms given that the 3rd room is super tiny. The parking is also super tight but we figured it out.

This property is spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location is perfect, close to bay with a few extra steps to the beach. Parking is for two small to mid-size SUVs.

We rented this beach house for 2 weeks at the tail end of the summer. The house was extremely clean and looked like it had been recently renovated. We enjoyed the location as it is situated almost exactly between the ocean and bay making it easy to experience both. We did bring some of our own cookware and small appliances since we knew we would be cooking quite a bit. There was adequate cookware and dishes but if you really enjoy cooking with certain pans or your own coffee maker, I suggest bringing them along if you are able. My other suggestion would be to have a rechargeable stick or handheld vacuum on the premises. The only way to clean up any sand that made it's way into the house was via broom and dustpan. Having a vacuum would have been a much easier way to keep the floors clean. The other issue we encountered was the trash pick up. The cans for the house were set in the back of the storage area behind the other resident's cans. We were told that pick up is Tuesday. But when we went to bring them out to the alley very early Tuesday morning the trash had already been picked up. And also the full trash cans in front had not been pulled out by the other tenant in the unit above us. Probably best to get the trash to the alley on Monday night. All in all we had a lovely stay!

We had a great time, enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious accommodations. Also we appreciated the beach toys, chairs, and backyard area with table. Would love to stay again!

Great house. The location was not what we expected.

Great location, clean property, new construction. I saw some other reviews about the parking. There is one dedicated parking space, we had a full size Lincoln Navigator L, it fit, with a couple of 3 point turns. Parking note with a full size SUV the driver will have to crawl through the back to exit and enter the vehicle.

Great location and was beautiful property.

Even before arrival, Nicole and the crew were more than accommodating to me and my four longtime girlfriends. The beds were super comfortable with soft quality bedding. Our group really enjoyed the walkability to both Mission and Pacific Beach…. A short minute walk, and our toes were in the sand. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and the pleasant, talkative neighbors. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and has been updated with a very nice modern feel. I would certainly consider this to be a place I would also bring my husband and kiddos for a stay.

3 minute walk to the beach. Can easily accommodate a family with the bunk beads and 3rd bedroom. King bed in the master. Location is great, 3 minute walk to the beach or Belmont park. Dozens of restaurants within a 5 minute drive or walk to quite a few if you would like

We enjoyed our experience with a short walk to the bay or beach. The parking spot is tight but do able with a standard suv. The neighbors are pleasant but there are signs about not wanting the area to be a vacation home area.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this 2 level townhouse. The outdoor space with a table & 6 chairs is perfect for meals etc. It is ideal for any family gathering and is less than a 5 min walk to the beach and the bay. The location is central to everything. There is a huge outside storage box that is filled with beach chairs, boogie boards & sand toys. Nicole was outstanding as our “host” and she answered any email that I sent her immediately. We had an issue with a toilet & she responded within 3 minutes of my email. We also needed to rent a van because there were 6 people in our group and all the garages at Mission Beach VRBO rentals are very small . So we needed to find a place where we could park our van and Nicole gave us several excellent suggestions and even included a map showing exactly where we could park. Because of her help, the parking situation was a non issue for us. So don’t pass on this place just because your rental vehicle won’t fit into the garage. I strongly recommend this place.

My family (kids age 9 an 13) had a great stay at this property! Everything was clean and kitchen was well appointed. We enjoyed the location - walking distance to Belmont, the beach, and so many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Pictures are very accurate and the house is stylishly decorated and very comfortable. House is well stocked with kitchen items, beach supplies, and necessities. Property management is very responsive (tip: hold the lever down until the toilets completely flush. Takes a bit—they are low flow!). Really only downside is the upstairs neighbors are very heavy footed. We could hear them walking around on the first floor!! They don’t stay up late, so it’s not too much of a bother. But it’s particularly loud in the bunk room. If your kid is a light sleeper and goes to bed before 10pm, I’d reconsider.

Great location to bay and beach. Condo was well stocked, clean, and spacious. Nice patio for outdoor dining/relaxing. We really appreciated the big selection of beach toys and chairs. Property management was very responsive to our needs.

Our family of 5 had such an amazing week in San Diego! The house is exactly as described. We loved the close walk to Belmont Park, Starbucks, Cafe Tropics (best açaí bowls), and Olive Baking Company (amazing cinnamon buns). There is also a really nice park for toddlers and children within a 5-10 min walk. Such a wonderful place to stay!

The property was found very clean. Everything is new and in perfect condition. Location is ideal between the beach and the bay. Parking is an issue for a large SUVr two full size cars. Secure outside storage for boards and beach stuff would be great. We worked around these minor issues and enjoyed out stay.

The unit was perfect for our family of 6. It was in an absolutely delightful neighbourhood and less than a minute walk to the bay (which is perfect for swimming for kids) and a few minute walk to the ocean side for a walk on the boardwalk which is lined with charming cottages and shops. The unit was spotless,, well equipped, high-end appliances, bedding, etc. Exactly as advertised. Property manager Nicole was excellent. We had one small issue which she addressed Immediately. We can’t wait to get back to San Diego and would definitely want to stay here again.

Clean, great location to mission beach restaurants, Belmont park and beach. A tad noisy at times due to third level and neighborhood but typically quiet by 10pm. Boogie boards and parking spot were a plus.

Beautiful home, very clean and had everything we needed. Very easy access to beach and surrounding shops and restaurants. Only drawback for me was the parking situation- a little tight - but got adjusted to it after a few days. Next visit to a beach town like Mission Beach or similar I might consider staying at a property on the beach

This property is in a super convenient location. One block from Mission Bay and 2 blocks from the ocean and beach. Very clean and we had a great time!

The property is exactly as advertised, super clean and updated. We came into freshly mopped floors, never had that before from a vacation rental. We didn’t cook much since there’s so many great restaurants in San Diego, but kitchen was well stocked. We had one minor hiccup but property manager fixed it immediately, I noticed some reviews said they were hard to get a hold of, but if you text like the binder in home says, they got back with us immediately. The bay is literally a 2minute walk and ocean side is 5 minutes. We liked the laid back vibe of Mission Beach and enjoyed being only 15 minutes from La Jolla where we spent most of our time. The neighbor upstairs can be heard when home, they play piano which I actually enjoyed- but they were never overly loud and never loud late at night. It didn’t bother us. They were very respectful. Some neighbors do have signs stating their dislike for rentals; I think as long as your a respectful renter, don’t trash the neighborhood, everything is fine. We tried our best to be kind and respectful, these are their homes. We had no issues with any neighbors in fact one allowed us to use their parking spot one day. Please listen to the listing about a car, we rented a mini van which fit in spot but had trouble many days pulling out due to neighbors across the alley. You’ll definitely need a shorter vehicle then a mini van. There are two free lots close by so it was never an issue if we couldn’t park some days. Overall, house is super clean and comfortable and can’t beat the ocean right by!

1. the ladder to the top bunk is not attached on one side. 2. shower drain in master bath is clogged. 3..we suggest some hooks or shelves in the bathrooms to hang things. 4. larger trash barrels in the bathrooms. 5. in shower, there isn't anywhere to put soap, shampoo, etc. could use a shelf or two. had to put them on the floor. 6. only 2 beach chairs for a house that sleeps 6? Could have used a couple more. 7. Parking is very tight, especially if you have an SUV. We could only back into the space if the neighbor across the street wasn't home. We parked a few times in the town lots which allowed overnight parking. We suggest that you inform your renters about the 2 lots. One is on El Carmel Place, the other is on Santa Clara Place. 8. Cable was terrible. It only allowed us to watch streaming services. No major networks or current programming. Condo is very nice and clean! We enjoyed our stay! A couple of the neighbors weren't real happy with renters!!!

Our family really enjoyed the start of our vacation in Mission Beach before a family wedding in La Jolla. The house was just as advertised and very clean. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. It was a short walk to either the bay or ocean. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
