We had the whole second floor to ourselves, plus access to a grill and outdoor seating. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up. Big windows in the living room overlooked a garden and a view of trees. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and we were comfortable with open windows and fans. Jean was very pleasant and helpful. Mainly they kept to themselves, and I hope we weren't a noisy distraction to them. We have an 11 year old grandson who's very clever but rather loud. This was our first time staying in Branford and we really loved it!

This was our second stay at the apartment. We are a family six and once again, everyone was perfectly comfortable. The space is very clean and the hosts are very accommodating. It isn’t fancy but it is well equipped and the location is fantastic. It is a short walk to the marina and the restaurant and shops there. There is a great walk across the marsh that we took many times during our stay. We will be back!

Quaint, clean, well-equipped property. Area perfectly fit the CT Shoreline with woodsy feel very close to the beach area. Clean and comfortable with vintage feel that was updated and immaculate. Accomodating hosts that saw us in and gave plenty of privacy but were accessible too. Property accomodated our two dogs with a large yard to sniff around but close to quiet roads to walk. Convienient to roads up and down the coast. Stairs on the steeper side if you have difficulties. 3 well-equipped, well-sized bedrooms with fans and AC. Kitchen with appliances, table and chairs and nice living room with TV. We loved the charm, cleanliness, and location and would certainly stay again.

Jean was really helpful, she made sure to accommodate us with everything we needed for a baby. The place could have been cleaner and we didn’t expect to hear the trains that often, but they didn’t bother us so much.

Hosts Jean and Paul were lovely hosts. Very clean, cool with AC in every room and dog-friendly for the grand dog. Excellent Communication. Appreciated their hospitality- close to everything. Beds were very comfortable. 4 adults and an 8 year old. If I had to make a suggestion, maybe another frying pan.
Wonderful parking which is rare in this area.
Close proximity to Stony Creek waterfront and access to the Thimble Islands.
We treasure this annual getaway with family and this house is a perfect and most pleasant stay.

Stony Creek
This is a cute, comfortable upper floor of a cottage just a short walk from the Stony Creek harbor. It has 3 bedrooms so it easily accommodates a small family or group. The owners, who live on the first floor, are very friendly but give guests their privacy. We enjoyed our stay!

Great getaway!
I stayed with my three sons and had a lovely time. The owners made sure there were activities for the boys - Lincoln logs, coloring books, sand buckets with shovels. It was an easy walk into town and the pier. We had a terrific stay!

A pleasant experience
Good overall experience. Stairs a bit of a challenge for older people or very young children . Very clean , very thing provided for a pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable home close to quaint village.
The apartment was extremely clean. and was a quiet and clam retreat. The home was well stocked with all of the essentials and the homeowners added some toys especially for our children. Great accomodations at a very fair price in a great location.

Great visit in a charming small town. The property owners are salt of the earth people. Very hospitable.
Enjoyed the peace and quite . Morning walks down to the local eatery were quite tranquil.

Outstanding get-away from it all - yet, very convenient to local attractions
Spent a long weekend with old high school friends from years past. Location was convenient, small town was charming. Walked around nearby harbor with view of houses on islands. Easy 20 min drive to New Haven dining and sightseeing. Drove 45 min to Mohegan Sun for dinner and some casino fun. Grocery store close by. Owners were as nice as possible and provided every amenity. House was excellent - really enjoyed everything about the trip. Would certainly return again.

Nice place for a short break in CT
My family and I had a nice stay in CT. The property was clean and well appointed, and the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that all of our needs were met.

Wonderful peaceful with super kind hosts.
Jean and Paul rock. They made the whole experience that much better. Great place plenty of space in a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood a 5 min walk from the water.
