The host was amazing, she was there waiting for us and she gives us all the informations on the apartment and all the info we need for living Porto as citizens and not only as tourists.

The only thing I could recommend is a shower mat for the bathroom. If you have kids very young, the shower floor is slippery and a litlle dangerous. (we have kids of 5 yo and 3 yo)

Wir wurden von einem Privatfahrer direkt am Flughafen abgeholt (extra 30€), den unser Kontakt der Unterkunft für uns organisiert hatte. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An der Wohnung hat schon die nette Dame gewartet um uns alles zu erklären und den Schlüssel zu übergeben. Währen unserem Aufenthalt konnten wir sie jeder Zeit wegen Tipps fragen. Die Lage war sehr gut. Metro Station Campo 24 Agosto in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés und andere Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen innerhalb von 10-15 min. Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.

Bereits beim betreten des Hausflurs richtig man die Feuchtigkeit. Leider war dies in der Wohnung ebenfalls der Fall. Ein Luftentfeuchter war vorhanden leider nur bedingt hilfreich. Mit Hilfe der Klimaanlage aber aushaltbar. Die Wäsche hat allerdings fast 48std gebraucht um zu trocknen. Im Bad war leider Schimmel in der Dusche sowie Rost an den Toilettenhaltern. Sollte dringend ausgewechselt werden. Ablagefläche war im Badezimmer leider sehr wenig. Betten waren in Ordnung. Vom Gefühl her hätte die Wohnung sauberer sein können.

Nuria hat uns Empfangen und uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Sie war das Highlight der Unterkunft. Die Größe des Appartements ist super für einen Städtetrip

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, die Küchenausstattung war mäßig, die Feuchtigkeit ist extrem hoch und fast unerträglich.

Problems with the front door of the apartment block causing some issues when people tried to get in and pressing the buzzer at all times of night. Difficult to find. Dark terrace and apartment, no sunlight with worn furniture Cleaning could be improved. Very little or no toiletries or cleaning products, cloths in the property.

Nice location, close to restaurants and bars! Apartment had a nice patio and had everything you need for a couple of days!

The apartment was a bit damp when we arrived, the humidifier helped!

Location was perfect - very clean and a good size- tastefully decorated

The hallway coming into the apartment had a very bad odour. In the apartment you could hear a dog barking from upstairs.
