A wonderful place to stay. Cozy and private! Very clean! Lisa was so nice! Would recommend this place and stay here again! Would have liked to see the back pasture mowed or at least a path to get to the river from the backyard. That river was in the pictures of this VRBO but it was NOT accessible as pictures represented.

Great location between Bozeman town and airport! As wildlife lovers we loved the sights and. View and short walk to managed wetlands area. Host is super helpful and available.

Flew in day if our stay. Everything was great. Lots of interesting Native American decor throughout. All the beds were comfortable, even the pullout. Lots of food prep essentials in the fridge and cabinets.

Some college friends and I went on a ski vacation for the weekend. This was a great place to stay for a few days. It has all of the amenities you need, with dishes for making meals, plenty of towels for showers and whatever else, coffee on the house, and even a cupboard full of board games if you are a family needing entertainment. We had 3 guys, and I feel you could fit 4 or 5 pretty comfortably based on sleeping arrangements. If we ever go back to Bozeman, we will definitely be looking into something like this again. Other than a flickering lightbulb, it was an awesome place to crash between ski days. It also is very close to town so that you can run in to shop, eat, have a beer, or whatever your heart desires.

Beautiful views comfortable space for our 6 day stay. The one small bathroom worked fine for us two. Loads of amenities for the most part. Maybe add a box of Kleenex. Thanks for our peaceful stay in your home!

In town for a wedding and opted for the lovely Views and extra living space. Kitchen was well stocked and with the Indian decor it felt very homey. Lisa was a great host and I know would been there for anything we might of needed. Very nice stay,

Great for two or up to 6. Swinging chairs great porch area and games! Beautiful view of the mountains. Only 10 minutes to the airport and to historic Bozeman! Felt like home with fun decorations!

This was perfect for our quick family stay in Bozeman.

We came into Bozeman for the 4th of July weekend and our friend's wedding. Lisa's place was less than 10 minutes from everything. She was so welcoming and kind and had great communication. Lisa was available for any needs but also respected our privacy. The place was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! We loved coffee on the patio in her very private backyard that was surrounded by beautiful greenery.

We had plenty of room in this property;i.e., bedroom with a comfy king bed, living room, full-size kitchen, which was well stocked (even had a couple beers in the fridge) plus extra amenities. The bathroom had some extra amenities that were very thoughtful. Forgot shaving cream? No problem. Deodorant? No problem. Qtips? Covered. Lisa was a very gracious host. She greeted us upon arrival, helped us operate the tv (we are tech challenged), & let us borrow her “Downton Abbey” DVD series. We’re now hooked thanks to Lisa. This was a very pleasant stay.

Our daughter is working at a local dude ranch this summer so we decided to drive out west from Ohio to visit with her and to experience this beautiful part of the country! Lisa’s home provided us a wonderful place to stay for a few days! It is everything she says it is! Lisa left very thoughtful amenities and the space was very clean! We were able to do laundry and regroup for the second half of our trip while visiting with our daughter! Perfect place to stay while away from home!

Excellent! It was perfect for us, very nicely decorated, and centrally located. Lisa was a great host, and we enjoyed meeting her. I highly recommend the Black Bear Inn.

The online posting says it sleeped 10 when I booked, but was only comfortable for 6. Should have read into details better because I didn't realize this is a house with separations with other families staying, so there are quiet hours. Over great atmosphere and place to stay though!

Beautiful property and house! We really liked the location and the views were awesome. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed to cook. Having a grill on the property was also very nice.

We had a very good experience during our stay. The place was well stocked with all supplies, towels etc. It's close to downtown Bozeman yet secluded to have a quiet stay. We highly recommended this place.

Booked this space while we were visiting for a wedding with our 1 yr. old and it was above my expectations. The yard is very nice (yes, there are mosquitos, but I don't think you can escape them this time of year) and provided a few activities for all of us- bocce, swings and badminton. The house was well stocked with all the essentials and then some. I really appreciated the basic cooking supplies in the kitchen- oil/butter/spices/coffee + tea. It was a very baby-friendly space. Plenty of low consequence space for our cruiser to crawl around. I was really surprised with how close it was to so much. I expected it to be very secluded based on the photos- but it was the perfect combination of privacy/quiet and convenience to some really fun places in Bozeman- we recommend checking our Treeline Coffee and Dinosaur Park if you have a little. The only thing I didn't love about the space was the shower- it was dark and a little mildewy. But it wouldn't prevent me from renting again, or recommending!

The property had a lot of positives but also some negatives. The furniture and beds were comfy and cozy. It was well stocked with amenities (including some food, a cooler, grill and picnic table, toiletries, extra blankets, pillows). The view was beautiful and location was convenient. However, it turns out that this was not a whole house but just the lower portion of the house. Which meant we sometimes heard the occupants upstairs and we had to be extra aware of our noise level. The train runs very close to the house and woke all of us up at some point during our stay. There were no window coverings on the windows in the living room so if you plan to use the pull out couch expect to get woken very early by the sunlight. Lastly, the only bathroom is in the master bedroom. So, if you have anyone using the second bedroom or living room and they need to use the bathroom at night expect them to disturb the people in the master bedroom. Despite these negative things, we made the best of it and enjoyed our stay.
