We loved this place in San Sebastián. You have a great view of the beach from the living area, which is spacious. Everything was in great working order. It was very clean and the check in was fairly seamless. You may be given the keys from a vending machine, which is cool. They’ll give you an address on finding the vending machine which is right around the corner from the house. Note that it’s the next door down from the address they give you. They kinda say it in the instructions but just keep it in mind, you’ll see the vending machine right from the street. The other note is that the showers are on the smaller side. All in all, this place is a steal for the location and the size. We intend to book again the second we can get back to SB. And yes, the food/pinxos scene is as good as everyone says, even if you don’t do the Michelin restaurants (we didn’t).

Spacious property in awesome location
This apartment was very spacious, larger than I expected and great for a family of 4 needing to spread out. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms 2 living areas, 2 kitchenettes. Great views over La Concha beach. Easy walking and riding to Old Town, trains etc. only suggestion to the manager is to provide a few more essentials like shower soap etc. we couldn’t find an iron. Overall recommend this property.

Fabulous View
The apartment is located across the street from the beautiful La Concha beach which can be seen from the comfortable and simple yet tastefully decorated living room. It is a perfect location for the beach and you can pay by the hour to use the club La Pliage on the beach which has lockers, hot and cold small pools/jacuzzis, and a gym. The bedrooms are simple with comfortable beds and it is nice to have three bathrooms. The kitchen is tiny--good for storing supplies for breakfast and snacks but not for preparing full meals. It is only a fifteen minute walk along the beach to Old Town, the center of restaurants and night life.

Location was perfect!
Located with a view of the water it is very close to old town. This location is an easy walk to great restaurants and shops. The beach is beautiful and just across the street. A bus stop is right out front.
Only issue we had was the dishwasher had an error so it wasn’t working so we reported it. The large windows with the water view could use a good wash so you can better enjoy the view.

Good location near beach and a lot of rooms
Last minute find for me and was at good location near beach and short walk to old town area. Just me utilizing this apartment during my travels passing thru San Sabastian. A lot more than I needed, this place would be perfect for large party that wants privacy versus crowded hotel. Cable tv with smart tv which you can access streaming service like NETFLIX, just plug in your account info (don't forget to delete your account info before you leave). Apartment has small kitchen sink and stove with minimum accessories to cook any type of large meals. Couldn't use the refrigerator/ freezer in main area, apparently last tenant left onions in for long period which smell absorbed throughout refrigerator and even freezer due to excessive ice buildup, needs major defrosting/ cleaning. Used small refrigerator in other area of apartment. Only other inconveniences was main bathroom shower head needed repair/ adjustment to work properly and a number of the apartment lights did not work due to burned out bulbs. Used other bathroom with shower on other side of apartment. Have to say was surprised that apartment turnover process by management company did not identify all of these obvious maintanence and cleaning items prior to next tenant using apartment. Identified these items to one of the Basque Stay associates during my stay and they said they would correct before next tenant would use apartment.
Note that this building has very small old elevator, barley fit two people, so wanted others to know when you have large groups. If you use stairs your on 3rd floor.
Overall good place to stay in San Sabastian.

Fantastic apartment and great service from basquestay, dreadful service from homeaway
basquestay were great right from when i booked our holiday , the service was really good , they replied to every email i sent very quickly. The apartment was beautiful and in a perfect location, shame about the weather, im sure if basquestay could have they would have fixed that too !!

On the other hand homeaway were awful, the customer service was dreadful i will never use them again but would go direct to basquestay, how can two companies be so different.

Awesome location...easy access to all parts of San Sebastián! Everything was clean and we had plenty of room.
