The property was clean, safe and overall it was peaceful. I like the quite time from 11:00 am -7:00am. We enjoyed the golf cart rides throughout the neighborhood. Our house manager was awesome. I would recommend this home for a vacation rental to my family and friends. Thanks Carolyn ❤️ 😊

We loved the house. We had a great time. Beth was very helpful with info for the day, also helped us fine the keys for the golf carts. We will stay here again our next time to the beach. The pictures online don't do this house justice. It's beautiful. Thanks again for a great week.

We had 10 in our group! There was plenty of room for us all! Loved the house, was very comfortable! Felt like home! Golf carts were a big plus! This was a great property, with a perfect location for our family. The availability of two golf carts made it easy for our family of 10 to get around, to and from the beach and the neighborhood. I will say the online photos need to be retaken, because they do not do the home justice and make it look smaller than what it truly is. And HUGE shout out to Beth the property manager!! 5+ stars on communication, responsiveness, and updates on happenings around town!!

This was our second year meeting up with family here for Christmas. We love Martha and Roger’s place because it’s such a well appointed rental with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed our stay yet again and made many more wonderful memories!

This was our 2nd year staying at Marshas beautiful beach home. She was very helpful and a pleasure to rent from. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Great home for large family vacations!!!

The owners were great. Easy check in. Very accommodating. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has plenty of room, beds, games, books, 2 golf carts, bicycles for adults and kids, fooseball table and air hockey —floats, boogie boards Paddle boards. Beautiful view.

This home is perfect for a great family vacation!! The layout of the house allowed all 15 of us, ranging in age from 1-70 years old, to have space whether together in one area or in various rooms of the house. The two golf carts were enjoyed as our transportation to the beach nearby as well as the community building and park. We also enjoyed using them to ride through the neighborhood to see Halloween decorations on display. Games, bikes, beach supplies, air hockey, puzzles...they have it all! It is conveniently located near stores and restaurants. We had the best time making memories and hope to bring our family here again sometime. Marsha was a great host, always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. This home comes highly recommended if you are looking for a great place to vacation!

The location of the property was great for us. It's not on the beach, but the area where it's located is beautiful. The house was fully loaded too. Games, bikes, gear for the beach, GoCart's, and movies all carefully thought out and for all ages! The community it sits in has a pool, a playground, and a few different types of courts. Our only issue was that upon arriving, the house had not been properly cleaned. It was disappointing. If it were not for this detail, I would give our stay a 10/10. Sadly, I have to say, it's a 3 or 4 at most. Cleaning behind a previous guest, hard to recover from that.

There were a lot of us on our first beach vacation. Having plenty of items already at the house made it easy to find things for everyone to do.

“Out of the North” is a great place to stay at Surfside Beach! There’s plenty to do in Oceanside Village. If you prefer going out shopping and seeing shows, those are also very convenient from this location. We really enjoyed the golf carts and bikes!

We spent the Christmas holiday here with family and everything was great! The kids (ages 4-14) all had a blast and especially liked the complex’s indoor pool which was bathtub warm and the golf carts, puzzles, and games. We lucked out with 70 degree days at the beach! Kitchen had everything we needed and it was wonderful to have a huge pantry to put all the groceries we brought for a week stay with 8 people. Beds were comfy and we had PLENTY of bathrooms (the house has 5!). We appreciated all the provided beach towels (I think there were like 20!) and having two washers and dryers! We got to see swans and geese off the back deck. Would stay here again.

Marsha was an absolute pleasure to rent from! The house was well equipped with everything we needed . It was very clean and beautiful! Our family of 11 had a wonderful time and lots of room for everyone. Highly recommend this place for large family gatherings!!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Having 2 golf carts worked very well for our family. The owners were very easy to work with and the space of the beach home was perfect for us. We look forward to staying again in the future!!

I booked this home for a last minute vacation for my family and I. It was originally just my husband and our 2 children ages 14 and 17. My father and my 11 year old nephew ended up joining us also. Marsha the owner was very responsive and answered every question that I had. This is a beautiful home and we most definitely would rent again! The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order and we had no issues during our stay. There is so much to do just in the home itself. From board games, movies, Playstation 4, air hockey, you name it and it was there for your enjoyment. The garage was fully stocked with whatever you might need at the beach. From the golf carts, bicycles, boogie boards, countless beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys,and buckets!! The beach was amazing and there is so much to do in the village! We found ourselves at the beach and then visiting all 3 pools daily. Thank you Marsha for such a great time!

Great amenities and plenty of room to spread out. Golf carts and beach chairs/umbrellas were a big hit. We had grandparents and three families with kids. Everyone had space and it was nice having the extra fridge and laundry downstairs. We’d recommend!

We stayed at this house with our two children, my sister's family and my parents. This house basically had room for each family to have their own floor. The grill was in good shape and clean. The golf carts are a great inclusion, as are the beach chairs , beach toys, and beach towels. We would definitely rent this house again.

If you have a family.....we can't recommend this property enough. Big, beautiful and fun. Plenty of room for everyone in your family. The owners have done a fantastic job of making this property very comfortable for your stay. We had our 40th wedding anniversary celebration here and it was wonderful. Plenty of activities for the kids at the house...or in the gated community. Multiple pools, and play areas for everyone. Two fantastic golf carts to get you around....minutes from the private beach area as well. And as a bonus....a fantastic restaurant directly on the beach. The owners are fantastic....I can't recommend this property enough. We hope to stay again next year.

The house is absolutely beautiful! The gated community is perfect. Our experience was great! We look forward to going back in the future!

The house was spacious and having the extra kitchen was a plus as we cooked every day for 8 folks. We had cello and violin practices and 3 stories kept the sound manageable. There were many things for the grandchildren to play with and they enjoyed having golf carts to ride in. All in all everyone was comfortable Nd happy with these accommodations.

Add to that the adult children tend to bring their boy/girl friends and we are those people that don't let unmarried kids sleep together - and, well that leads to a booking nightmare. Enter this beautiful home with TONS of space and every beach/pool toy you could ask for. There were plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable and a pack & play for the baby. Plenty of bathrooms so no one is arguing. Game systems and a garage full of activities for rainy days or afternoons where you just want to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and has a nice size pantry. The linen service was great! We knew the linens were just for us!! Best part is the neighborhood. The neighborhood is gated and the 2 golf carts make everything convenient. The pools were crystal clear, the playground was fun, the splash pad was enjoyed multiple times and the private parking at the beach was terrific. The Conch restaurant by the beach parking is great. We were close enough to Myrtle, but far enough away! All in all, this was our favorite rental and we rent from VRBO at least twice a year. High praises for the home and the owners, who were incredibly kind and always available for our questions. We WILL be back.
