This apartment is comfortable and clean. It is extremely well located with a decent view of the beach and easy access to the beach. There was good wifi and a parking space in a part of Maspalomas where parking is very hard to find otherwise. The layout and contents were ideal and the host was very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased and hope to return.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung! Geschmackvolle Einrichtung. Das Beste ist die Lage direkt am Leuchtturm/Dünen/Meer. Wir haben das Appartement zu Dritt angemietet. 3 separate Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer. Sehr angenehm... Wir kommen wieder!

Der Check-in-Vorgang wurde erschwert,da es keine begleitende E-Mail gab.Es gab keinerlei Putzmittel/Hilfen wie z.B. einen Staubsauger.Der Balkong mit seiner wunderschönen Aussicht war kaum zu gebrauchen,da links und rechts im Abstand von 30-80 m Bauarbeiten ausgeführt wurden ( Bagger/Presslufthammer usw ).Es war kein Sonnenschirm vorhanden--auch nicht nach Anfrage beim Vermieter. Waehrend der ersten Nacht gab es ein Leck in der Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer,so dass Wasser entlang der Wand auf den Fussboden lief.Das Wasser wurde von uns mit Handtüchern -- erinnere : keine Putzhilfen -- entfernt .Die Klimaanlage wurde am selben Tag erfolgreich repariert. Das Badezimmer das mit dem Hauptschlafzimmer zusammenhängt stank während der ganzen Zeit mehr oder weniger stark nach Abfluss/Toilette,so dass das Schlafzimmer unbrauchbar war. Es wurde vom Vermieter erklärt,dass das Problem durch ein naheliegendes Hotel verursacht wurde und auch ein allgemeines Problem in der Gegend sei. Das andere Badezimmer roch allerdings nicht nach Abfluss/Toilette...……Das App. ist das Geld wert,wenn all diese Probleme beseitigt werden. Vom Besitzer gab es kein finanzielles Entgegenkommen.

Am meisten besticht bei diesem Appartment die Lage direkt in zweiter Reihe zur Strandpromenade. Der Blick vom Balkon zu den Dünen und zum Meer ist grandios und man ist mitten im Leben und trotzdem ruhig. Dass im Moment zwei nervige Baustellen gegenüber sind, ist ein temporäres Problem . Das Appartment selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Da es zwei Bäder gibt, haben wir mit vier Erwachsenen keine Platzprobleme gehabt. Die Installationen in den Bädern sind - wie das ganze Haus - etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man fühlt sich trotzdem wohl. Prima auch, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt, denn durch die vielen Strandbesucher gäbe es in der Straße sicher Probleme, einen öffentlichen Platz zu finden. Wir hatten sehr netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, zuerst wurden wir freundlich per E-Mail willkommen geheißen und später schaute er selbst einmal vorbei, da er gerade auf der Insel war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern einmal wieder!

Rented a few places in GC over the years but this was by far the best. It felt like we were in somebody's home, and not somebody's holiday let. Comfortable beds, good bedding, wifi, hifi, cable tv, washing machine, nice bacony and view. Would book again.`

We enjoyed our first trip to Gran Canaria, and would definitely consider rebooking this very good apartment if we return. The view and position by the beach is lovely. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and well maintained. A couple of observations for improvement: We would have welcomed better single mattresses in the twin room. Although the kitchen was well equipped, some chipped crockery could be replaced. The terrace parasol needs some repair as it won’t stayed in a fixed position. Overall - highly recommended. Thank you

Lägenheten har bra standard och ligger på andra våningen med fantastisk utsikt över Maspalomas sanddyner. Många bra restauranger på mindre än 5 min gångavstånd. Det enda som var märkligt var att vi fick betala 400Eur extra för extrasäng trots att lägenheten var för upp till 7 pers enligt annonsen.

Ein sehr schönes, toll ausgestattetes Appartement mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Dünen! Nächstes Mal wieder!

Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which is located just a stone away from the beach, close to shops and all amenities. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment is well equipped, the host is brilliant, very friendly and gave some useful advice prior to our stay. We will definitely be coming back and booking this apartment again! Lägenhet med bra planlösning. Toppenläge. Lugnt och nära stranden. Inte jättestor men rymlig. Vi var 5 vuxna och 2 småbarn och vi rymdes bra. Fantastiskt välutrustat kök. OK liten supermarket nära med färskt bröd varje morgon. Inga mataffärer med stort utbud i närheten. Fantastisk strand - lång och ren. Massor av folk som promenerar på den.

This was our first holiday with another family and the apartment suited us all. It has a stunning view of the beach from the balcony which we overlooked and enjoyed each Day. Our kids spent hours in the pool every day and the access to the beach is across the road! The apartment was very clean and in great order. The apartment has shops, buses and taxis nearby. There is no need for a car. We flew home late on the Friday evening and the landlord kindly agreed to a late check out which meant we enjoyed the last day at the aqua park before leaving for the airport and thus didn't have to worry about our luggage. Great accommodation and very accommodating landlord. Will definitely return for another holiday. Highly recommendable.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the property has a private parking space directly beneath, so is great for those who like that convenience. The apartment is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach and there's a nice little pool a similar distance away with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The beds were comfortable and the property is stylish and modern with plenty of storage space. Francisco was helpful and polite in all comms and I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

The apartment is absolutely excellent, with the most amazing views, I really don't think the on-line photos do it justice. Francisco was an absolute pleasure to deal, very efficient and professional. We will be back next year !! Garret & Kerry Burns

It has been a great apartment for our vacations. We were a group of six and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us with one master bedroom and two additional rooms with two beds each. All in all it makes a very clean and well-kept impression. The location is great, only a one minute walk or so to the beach, which you can see from the balcony, and the beautiful dunes are also in close walking distance. Thanks also to the owner, who responded immediately to any requests we had. We can only recommend this apartment for a relaxing holiday in Maspalomas.

A beautiful modern, well equipped and spacious apartment in a perfect location. Everything you require ie. beach or shopping centre and wonderful restaurants are within walking distance so a car is not necessary, but having the private car park space should you hire a car is an additional benefit. Communications whilst making the booking with Pachi, our host, and the reception manager, Francisco of Duna Oasis Maspalomas upon arrival were very easy. We have stayed in other resorts in Maspalomas, but this genuinely is the best and we look forward to returning. We would not hesitate to recommend the apartment and location for a wonderful, relaxing holiday. It is "simply the best".

This apartment is wonderful, it is in a great location, its modern, spacious and a home away from home. The view of the beach is great and you can be on the beach in minutes as well as in any of the local restaurants. I have stayed a couple of times and look forward to staying again in this apartment. The owner is very helpful and is very quick to answer any questions that you might have. I really would recommend this apartment and the area of Maspalomas for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
