Visited and stayed at this very nice father-in-law unit converted into a vacation suite. Two bedrooms and two baths made it very convenient for our group. Spacious living room and kitchen with all new high end appliances made it feel like home. Previous tenant (father) must have been quite the cook as it has all of the high end kitchen pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Nice washer and dryer was available within the unit. Large television in the living room and others in each bedroom allowed our group to spread out and watch, what they wanted too! Nice location with grocery stores and restaurants close by and just a few minutes up the mountain to overviews of the city and wildlife. Will probably stay there again on our next visit to the Anchorage area. Jeff and Karen from Iowa!

We finished our Northbound Alaskan cruise and needed a home for a couple nights to explore the area before returning home. This home was located in a really nice, safe area and was very quiet. Large open floor plan. Easy to locate the property and tons of trails right nearby. Well stocked home, if we were staying longer to shop and cook, it would have been easy to do. We wanted to try some of the local restaurants instead. Centrally located to explore any direction.

The property was clean, amenities good and communication was great. We had no problem finding it and loved our stay! The great room is huge and, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, look no further.

Great neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely well appointed home. Large open living space, bedrooms and kitchen. Easy to locate property and easy access to freeway. Stayed here for 2 nights after our northbound cruise ended in Seward to do some land exploring. Great way to end a great trip.

Great place, clean and has everything that you need for your stay. When we had an issue, the owner handled it immediately a little difficult to find in the middle of the night because the street to the property is dark but after a couple of U-turns we figured it out.

Our stay was very good. The property is in good condition and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a few snacks and items you may forget at the store. The location was fabulouse to access Anchorage shopping and restaurants. The property manager was so easy to contact and willing to answer any questions. I will stay here again with my family.

We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to take another trip to the area! The property was as described and met all of our needs. The owner T.J. was very helpful with answering all of our questions and made great restaurant recommendations.

We were 2 couples traveling together, And loved all the space the property had. Kitchen had every appliance you might need for cooking, tvs had YouTube TV, We walked at the nearby park (Bicentennial) every day (so many great trails!), and checked out the zoo only mins away. Would stay here again.

This was a great spot for our recent trip to Anchorage. The apartment was clean, had plenty of amenities and would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together. **As far as "communication" this property is managed by a Company not the Host The Host was wonderful and but we did not receive his information until 48 hours prior to our visit. The management company was a little difficult to get a hold of but once you find the information they were helpful.

We were impressed by the cleanliness of our two bedroom apartment. It was very accommodating and spacious. Had everything we needed and then some. The owner lived onsite and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this two bedroom two bath site to anyone.

Located in quiet neighborhood maybe 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Stores are convenient but car is needed. There is room for 2 cars to be parked. Excellent communications with TJ, the host, who responded quickly to requests and introduced himself when we arrived.
