This house was very nice. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. There was enough room for everyone to sit at the table and counter to eat meals and play cards with the rest of our family next door. They had toys for the little kids to play with. I would definately stay again. There are so many things to do around there.

This was an awesome house! The check in process was straightforward and the house was super clean upon check in. The space was more than adequate for a group of 12. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by. Walmart and Safeway are both under 10 minutes, and it’s an easy drive to the highway. Overall, I’d recommend this property over most, if not all other properties in the area. Would stay here again!

We had a total of 8 children between the ages of 12 and 1, plus 6 adults. We were impressed by the shear space and large number of bedrooms. There is a park within easy walking distance and another park very close (2 minute drive). The location is good- very convenient for the Garden of the gods and it is simple to get on and off the highways to reach other venues south or north. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there is space to park 3 vehicles. The description of the house and pics are accurate. It is neat and tidy. The ceiling fans and vents in a couple of rooms need dusting, but in general it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean and well stocked (with one exception- no dessert spoons that we could find). I am sure that the owners will remedy that:) We had no issues with communication, opening and closing were straightforward. The rental folks were communicative and not intrusive. Good stay! The house was wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. Thanks for haveing use there and will rent again. The neighborhood was wonderful and not far from stores either. We all enjoyed it too.

We had 12 people staying and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The three split level was really nice and we especially enjoyed the basement suite with the kids room next door with toys and the bunk bed. I highly recommend.

We stayed here for my dad's 80th birthday celebration with agents ranging from 1-80. Excellent location, near garden of the gods, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, parks, and other family activities. The house is a split level with three separate living areas, which makes it nice if some people are resting for others to hang out without disturbance. Very big dining table so that family meals can be enjoyed together. Two-car garage plus spots for three cars. The bunk beds are full size. Highly recommend!

The property is clean and larger than we had expected. We ended up with extra rooms, nobody slept in. The kids enjoyed the toys and games at the location. A short drive to the downtown area. I would recommend this location for large families or groups.

The Colorado Family Adventure was an exceptional stay that accommodated four families and was centrally located to all the sites of the Colorado Springs area; Royal Gorge, Cripple Creek, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. The home was spacious, clean, and had plenty of outdoor space for grilling and evenings of family yard games. The only negative of the facility was that our families needed to purchase kitchen linens, additional bath towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper for the duration of the stay. Great family memories were made in Colorado Springs - thank you for a fabulous stay in central Colorado Springs.

This house was a great fit for my large family. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and do different activities without getting on each other's nerves. And the location was great! There was hiking, an arcade, and stores for quick purchases nearby.

This house was absolutely perfect for our Girl Scout troop of 8 girls and 6 moms. We loved the tri-level space where the girls could hang out downstairs with board games and their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of bathroom linens, and the large capacity washer/dryer came in handy. The house was spotless, and the yard was beautifully landscaped. They even had a tub of yard games. The owner was very quick to respond in sending us some paperwork we needed to get approval for our stay from our local council. We would definitely stay here again, will recommend to other troops traveling to Colorado Springs. Thank you for a great experience!

We had 4 families stay here comfortably. Lots of space for the kids to play-HUGE table for dinners. Kitchen was well equipped, all new appliances. Very clean & comfortable.

The house from the outside does not do it justice as to how roomy and spacious it is inside. We had family reunion of 7 brothers and sisters and all had space to take down time if needed. Clean and neat when we checked in and all kitchen, bed and bath supplies were in good supply. Thanks so much for letting us use your home.
