House was lovely, not as clean as it could of been, not filthy but not as fresh as I had hoped. Nice size garden for kids to play in. Mega Comfy beds even the 2 single beds were comfy but double room is “cosy” Everything to hand in the kitchen plenty pots & pans. only downside: tiny freezer in the fridge no small chest freezer in garage as stated in description, and you have to drive to beach if you have small children, despite stating 1 mile to beach (across cliffs) All in all fair property for the money But we will be upping our budget next year

We stayed at 5 ash Grove in Swanage. Things could not have been better lovely and clean.and everything was there .was just like being at home .so comfortable. The owners were lovely too.

Great communication. Property was spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed. Home from home. Beds were comfy and we slept well. Parking at the rear of the property which was ideal. 15 minute walk into swanage and acces to the coastal path 5 minutes walk. We look forward to staying here again.

This little gem is a home from home and is very well kept with everything you could possibly need for a family holiday. Would highly recommend this property which is only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive into the town. I can also recommend the delightful pub which is a 5 minute stroll from the house called The Globe.

Spotless house very well equipped everything you needed Sweet garden Only downside it is very hilly anyone with issues with walking would find it hard Also a very mixed neibourhood Some houses on the estate were a bit rough But it was a great property

My only disappointment was the noise from the next door neighbours. Am not used to any noise as I live in a tiny village and next door is an older lady who I never hear. The noise was not late at night ( so it could have been worse) . This is the only gripe and I expect a lot of people wouldn’t even notice the noise. This aside the house was perfect.

This is a 3 bed semi on the edge of a small estate. Very quiet area and convenient for everything. The walk to the town and back is not too far and not too hilly so this is the best option for getting around. We would happily stay here agian

Comfortable home in quiet location. Well equipped, clean and warm. A good base for exploring Studland and Purbeck.

We have had the most amazing holiday in this beautiful house. Everything we needed was there, and sitting in the garden listening to the birds was idyllic. Thank you for a first rate stay we absolutely loved it.

Lovely house to rent within walking distance of the centre of Swanage. A real 'home from home' with eery comfort supplied. We had a good week exploring the local area and enjoying the stunning scenery.

Good place to stay for seeing some of Dorset's finest locations. It was not too far to walk from the huse to the Coast Path and also down into town. The property was very clean and well equipped.

We were very satisfied overall with everything concerning this property and had good communication both with the owner and the housekeeper.

Location was great, nice and quiet yet easy walk to town and beach. I was slightly concerned about the hill hack up after reading some reviews but it wasn't a problem for us at all (living in Derbyshire we're used to much steeper hills than this!). We had 2 young children with us and could still walk back in around 20 minutes. The property itself has everything you need and we took advantage of the cot and high chair. We paid extra for bed linen and towels which was worthwhile and one less thing for us to worry about. Cost was £20 for 1 double, 1 single and towels for all. If I was being fussy I'd say that the house is getting to an age where it needs a little bit of tlc but it is still very good value for money so can't complain. It suited us with having a separate room for the cot so baby could have her own room. The owner was very good with communication which made everything go smoothly.

A lovely clean property

The house was well equipped and very comfortable. We’d been given the option of having the beds made up and towels provided for a small addition charge and we did this. Walking into a lovely clean, well presented house with beds made up was perfect. Would highly recommend the house and the owner.

This house is a lovely place to stay and close to the centre of Swanage. Its also a good base for exploring Dorset. The owners are very approachable and will sort out any problems quickly. Definitely recommend the place for a relaxing holiday
