The Residence is cleverly designed for a large group to gather and also participate in a range of activities. The property has lot of space and is maintained to a high standard. We stayed for three nights and all of us had such a memorable time together!

We have just spent a week at The Residence & it was the perfect setting for our family gathering. Very well appointed & spotlessly clean. There were 15 of us & the internal spaces gave us all plenty of room to move about. The outdoor space was also excellent, with a beautiful garden & the pool, spa & tennis court well used. We also enjoyed our evening dinners around the huge outdoor table in the undercover bbq area.

The Residence is very spacious and easily accommodated our family including Grandparents, parents, teenagers and six pre-teens.
The swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, pool table were all of top quality and well enjoyed. The outdoor large table seating all was perfect for our summer holiday

We have just had a weekend at The Residence and it was wonderful. This is a wonderful property with everything we needed. The property was very clean and well maintained and there was nothing it lacked. We were able to make use of all facilities. We swam, played tennis and basketball and finished with a family pool competition! A wonderful stay.

The residence is an amazing home away from home. We only wish we could have stayed an extra day or two to really appreciate all it offers.
Sizeabke kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms with enough space to have some alone time and chill if needed.
The sun that come through the sunroom of kitchen was so lovely.
Tennis, basketball, hot tub… we were spoilt for choice.

This is definitely one of the better properties I've stayed at. We stayed for 3 nights with another family with young children and grandparents. A lot of thought must of been put into it making it such a great entertainer. The kitchen is very well equipped. The children enjoyed toasting marshmellows at the firepit and had plenty of activities to do indoors and out. Super easy booking and clear instructions.

Magnificent Property
Everything was easy from start to finish. No problems with date changes due to lockdowns etc. Very helpful with recommendations for local caterers. The Residence was even better than the photos. A beautiful home away from home
A beautiful house with lots of space and rooms for a big extended family of all age groups. The adults got to bond over meals either in the elegant formal dining or the cabana area .The teenagers had so much fun with swimming, tennis, basketball and the pool table. The youngest members enjoyed the marshmallow over the bonfire. Thank you Danielle for making sure that everyone would have a great time at your amazing place .

Outstanding weekend
Outstanding weekend, The Residence was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We had multiple families staying and the property accommodated us all, it was spacious and well equipped, and a peaceful and stunning location. Between tennis, swimming, basketball, ping-pong, bike riding and playing in the gardens, there was lots to do and only a short drive from Terrigal. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend to other family groups

Wonderful mid week winter stay
We could not fault this amazing property. We had such a wonderful time with a group of adults and kids ranging from 1 to 14. All enjoyed the pool and spa - even in the middle of winter - and the tennis court and fire pit were a huge success. We all agreed it was the best house we have stayed in (and there have been a few).
