Beautiful villa, well equipped, well maintained. The clubhouse was a lot of fun for adults and kids. The main pool was great along with the poolside music. We asked for a early check in and the ladies in the office were very nice to grant our request. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

We really enjoyed the stay. Security was well provided and appreciated. The condo was beautiful, clean and in a perfect location next to the waterfall spa, the big pool, and little clubhouse. Wonderful view overlooking the boats and out to the Atlantic Ocean. Lots of rules required by both The Mariner's Club and Barefeet rentals, but that may be normal. Hopefully, they are transitioning to a key code entry so when you are returning to the club, you don't have to wait for the guard to return to open the gate. Our only disappointment was the boat slip assigned to us. It had no ladder or wooden dock for safe access into and out of our boat, especially for children. Always helpful and answered all my questions timely.

Overall we had a wonderful time. The grounds, staff and pool were wonderful. Our unit was nice but the living/dining room furniture was quite old and uncomfortable. All of the seating areas and chairs were older and definitely worn. Wished for a more comfortable seating area. Owners should think about upgrading for a nicer experience. Other than that, all was as advertised and nice. Thank you

We really enjoyed the property for our family vacation with the friends. The layout is great for two couples and two or less kids! The amenities of Mariner’s Club were amazing! The pool is one of a kind! Close promontory to John Pennekamp and Islamorada. We would choose this location for our keys vacation again.

We had a great stay at the Mariners Club and would definitely rent there again. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.

We had a great trip! The condo was clean and spacious, and we loved how many amenities were available to us in the Mariners Club community. We had to bring extra toilet paper and garbage bags but were told beforehand to do so. This place was perfect for our family trip.

Our family loved the location & roominess of our condo. I would highly suggest offering more than 2 kitchen garbage bags for a family of 6 on a week long vacation. There certainly needs to be darker shades in the den bedroom as it felt like daytime when trying to sleep! Obviously because of its tropical climate Florida is definitely not the place to vacation as a person who is susceptible to mold toxicity, but one shower did have quite a bit of mold around the caulking that I don't care to see when I stay anywhere. Did like the fact the washing machine was a top load, as front loads are notorious for mold! All in all I would book another stay! Very helpful, attentive.

Our stay was fantastic! The check in process was quick, easy and everyone was super nice and friendly!! Our only complaint was that the cleaning crew could have done a better job. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

Had a Great relaxing visit beautiful property Very helpful when original unit was flooded and unavailable moved us to different unit. Called maintenance about blinds not closing and they did good job resolving issue would have been nice if they had informed us this problem was already being taken care of when we checked in. MGR RESPONSE: Our apologies...the office staff that perform the check-ins do not coordinate maintenance so they are not always in the loop as repairs are scheduled and in process.

We liked it so much we extended our stay by a day. We would love to return.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Met all our needs. The staff at barefeet rentals was most kind and helpful. The HOA staff for the dockage were kind and helpful as well. This was our second stay at Mariners Club. Will stay again soon.

We had a great stay. The apartment is really nice and we loved hanging out on the porch looking out over the harbor. Plenty of room for our family of 3 and we could have easily accommodated a couple more. We loved our morning swim and soak in the grotto hot tub at the resort, and playing pool and foosball in the clubhouse. Two small issues: 1. We didn’t realize that the rental office is about 10-15 minutes away from the apartment (closer to Miami). There was a major traffic jam on our way in, so we ended up delaying our trip back up to the office till after dinner. No big deal, but something to know about. 2. The “fit and finish” in the apartment wasn’t great - a faucet was installed hanging an inch off the wall in the powder room, the granite in front of the kitchen sink wasn’t lined up and there were paint splatters in many places. Despite that, everything worked just fine. So not a big deal, just didn’t quite live up to the overall quality feel of the place. The rental company provided great info on local attractions and a nice goodie bag of snacks, cards, etc - a nice touch! Overall it was a relaxing stay.

Nicely appointed condominium in a pretty setting, convenient to many activities. Scuba diving with Rainbow Reef, renting a Hobie Cat from Caribbean Watersports for a sail in the gulf, and renting bikes from Key Largo Bikes and Adventure tours and heading south to Islamorada. Very friendly and helpful. Everything was accurately represented and carefully explained. Thoughtful welcome package with useful items. Very responsive to questions.

Our stay at Mariners Club was amazing. The condo was beautiful and we loved waking up to a view of the marina. Clean and great location. Our only complaint is there was no TV or internet for 4 of out 6 days there. We learned that this is a consistent problem for the entire area - so be prepared to fully unplug.

Condo was clean, spacious with excellent views. The complex has 2 fantastic pools. The state park nearby has many opportunities including kayaking through the mangroves. Excellent communication

Beautiful and Clean

We were all happy with the accommodations. Home was very comfortable, the beds were great. The only problem I had with the home, was a lack of rugs at front and rear doors. All went well

This is a wonderful property and afforded us a great vacation with our family. We all had an amazing time. Snorkeling the reefs were awesome, too!

Our family had such a wonderful time! We all were amazed at how nice our room was! The members of your team were all very friendly and added to the enjoyment of our vacation!

The condo is beautiful and every morning and afternoon we enjoyed relaxing on the porch looking at the marina. We sugggest visiting Islamarado and snorkeling at Alligator Reef as one of your activities.

We had a great time at Mariners Club beautiful, clean , safe! Everything was as pictured and described. Will definitely stay here again! The dock was picture perfect for the sunrise!

We needed a basketball and pickle ball paddles!!!!!!

Had a great stay.. plenty of space for 6. Only issue was we were excited to play Bball/tennis/pickle ball yet there were no balls! We can’t exactly fly with a basketball. Game room was our back up and was fun! Especially when it rained. Beds not the most comfortable but that was personal choice. Couch huge so plenty of seating. Offered 6 small pool towels also. TVs all smart TVs! We were happy!

Customer service was great when I had to move my stay dates . Place is exactly as described , super clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on back patio and watching the harbor. Would stay here again.
