Just spent a very pleasant stay at the cottage. Very clean comfortable beds and a warm welcome with a bottle of wine and cake. Heating with individual radiators worked well. It is worth noting that this is a middle terrace property and we did have some noise from a neighbouring wedding group in the next door property but quiet otherwise

The cottage was in a very rural location in a row of four similar properties. Lovely and quiet with plenty of local walks from the door. There were stone steps leading from the car park up to the front door and very steep steps up the single bedroom.We were disappointed with the mixer shower due to its low water pressure.
Overall the cottage was cozy, warm and comfortable.

Autumn break
The cottage is well presented, nicely decorated and well equipped. Our bed was large and very comfortable. It was very suitable for us having a secure garden for our dog. The location was ideal for easy access to the Suffolk coastal towns. There are several good pubs nearby; we particularly liked the Sibton White Horse for its character and food. We enjoyed a very pleasant five nights at the cottage. John and Jackie.

Comfy cottage
This cottage was immaculately clean & provided everything needed for a few days stay. Beds were very comfortable.
Instructions easy to follow. Definitely a winner!

Country Escape
If you like rural isolation with close proximity to all that beautiful Suffolk has to offer, then this is for you. Very clean house and clearly well maintained, with friendly and helpful owners. On the downside there are no nearby amenities, pubs, shops or restaurants so transport is required.

Cosy rural cottage
Really enjoyed our stay in this cosy cottage. Tastefully decorated and very clean. A peaceful location ideal for trips to the Suffolk coast. Highly recommend.

Nice walks to some local pubs and only a 10-15 minute drive to a couple of big supermarkets and 20 mins to Aldeburgh on the coast which was a highlight. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout.

Lovely cottage, great location
Lucky with the weather, sunshine and very hot, so made good use of the gardens both front and back. Nice easy walk to White Horse pub (Badenham) for dinner. Lots to see and do - first trip to Suffolk, won't be the last. The baker of the welcome cake deserves a medal - amazingly good!

We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage. The owners were super - very kind and flexible in relation to our needs. The cottage had been decorated with style and thought, which made it a pleasure to stay in.

Lovely little hideaway
If you relish peace and quiet in beautiful countryside this little cottage is for you. We spent a glorious few days here. It is very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfortable and the little garden is treat. What more can I say ? It's within a short drive of Southwold, Aldeburgh and the delightful Framlingham. Enjoy !
