this was so close to everything in Bellagio! we loved the location it was right next to the BEST gelato place, prob the best we ever had. it was so safe and clean. the host would always get back to us with any questions so fast. Had everything we could possibly need, and even had detergent for us to wash out clothe.I would 100000% recommend this apartment to anyone. There was so much space too, we had an amazing stay!!!

central location ! well equipped apartment just needs a shower mat as floor gets wet when you step out of the shower !

too many steps up to the apartment! nightmare to park in Bellagio! spent over 2hours trying to park then had to drag luggage over 15mins in red hot heat down to apartment! the area is very hilly and too busy with day trippers from the boat !

it was right in the heart of the town, up from the actual lake. lots of shops and little cafes immediately outside the property. the apartment was spacious for four os us, two bedrooms, a living area with a sleep sofa if needed and table with six chairs. very clean, bathroom more than adequate. lots of hot water and good pressure. the young man who met us was cordial and helpful.

not fault of property but to get to the ferries and down by lake is down a considerable amount of steps which can be formidable for some people. the bright thing was there were lots of little restaurants and shops all along these steps, so we would just stop in one or two along the way to lessen the climb. parking was also hard as you had to keep moving it once it got to 8pm to a free spot. during the day it was 1.50€ an hour.

The location is in the middle of Bellagio's town. The apartment is old but very clean. The size of the apartment is good and comfortable for a family.

Only thing which was not working is the aircond. We arrived at the start of heatwave in Europe, so it was very hot.

Very spacial flat, good location and easy to find, comfortable beds, clean, good amenities. There is a folder inside of local attractions and fantastic communication via WhatsApp Lovely wine pairing restaurant nearby called Aperitivi wine bar
