Very clean but older than the pictures indicated. Appreciated the budget stay though for the one night and convenient location to the Air Force museum!! If you're a coffee drinker bring your own things. Also be sure to check out the area to be sure you feel comfortable with the location 👍 Easy check in and out and great communication with the owners.

Very clean house, if neighbors were outside they were friendly and would say hello. Property manager communicates well and is extremely friendly!

Older home in a quiet neighborhood. Very centrally located for our trip to visit family. Enjoyed hving the AFB & museum across the street. Easy to find other necessities (gas, groceries, restaurants) within a short drive. The home was nice. Plenty of room for 3 adults and one child. Cute porch for morning coffee. Large kitchen. Our son enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. Yard was nice, larger than expected (wish we would have brought lawn games like bocce ball or cornhole). Bike trails easily accessed. Owner was very nice, communicative & flexible. The house wasn't spotless, but overall it exceeded our expectations. No complaints & will definitely look at staying here again on our next trip to the area. Thank you!

All the basic conveniences of home in this Vrbo. Climate controlled, washer, dryer and off street parking make this house very comfortable. The place of choice when my brother and I visit the Dayton area for volunteer work.

We needed a clean 2 bedroom place so we could go through the museum over 2 or 3 days. The house was perfect for our needs and right across the street from the museum. It was easy check in, clean, lots of TVs with Roku and kitchen properly supplied. I would recommend.

The property is very nice and clean! It was in a wonderful location right across the street from the Wright Patterson Air Force museum. It was also close to the Hollywood casino for those interested in that sort of thing. Management of the property was great and very easy to communicate with!

My daughter and I stayed here with my grandson and felt perfectly safe. Being across from the Air Force base we got to hear the reveille played every morning. We loved it! We will stay here again and again when we are in town.

We stayed one night for a funeral and the holiday. Cozy and had some relatives come by to visit before everyone left.

Convenient to the NMUSAF where my brother and I volunteer. Always a great and comfortable week. Owner/ Manager is always attentive and cognizant to the needs of the customers to ensure a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gerald's place. It's a cute little well maintained older home (super easy to find) close to shopping and restaurants. New appliances and thoughtful touches make it a nice place to stay. Plenty of parking.

Great place to stay for the weekend. We came in for a soccer tournament so we really just slept here. It was nice being by the Air Force Museum and near the Wright Brothers attraction for down time between games. It was nice having a washer and dryer to get soccer clothes ready for the next day. Hope to stay again for next year’s tournament.

First time ever using an b&b love the fact we weren’t stuck laying in bed we could cook instead of micro wave and to be able to just enjoy ourselves like we were at home definitely gonna do it again thank you

The property reminds me of a house from the Christmas story - with some modern conveniences. Nothing pretentious, but then again I got the feeling Dayton is the opposite of fancy in of itself. Clean comfortable and excellent air conditioning. The owner was very responsive to all concerns and made himself avilable. I’d recommend this if being away from downtown is desired or you want to spend a lot of time at air force museum.

The property was just as described. The location was very quiet and across the street from AFM. It's an older house but it's clean & modern with comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Although there is a train close by we only recall hearing it once or twice in 2 days and neither time disturbed us.

Property was very conveniently located near the AF Museum and a short drive to the Rose Music Center where attended a concert. Great host, easy checkin, very nicely decorated. We would definitely recommend staying here.

As volunteers at the National Museum of the Air Force and as my tile describes, this is a great place and one of choice for my brother and I to stay for a week. Well taken care of, clean and thoughtfully furnished with plenty of amenities.

Location was great for our trip. It was clean, neat and well appointed. The biggest disapointment was the back bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable. Improve that and it is a gem for those visiting Dayton!

We've stayed at this property before, so when planning another trip to the museum, there was no question of whether to book at this property again or not. It's so close to the museum you could literally just walk there. Very convenient! This is a clean, nicely maintained property. The owner is so kind and quick to answer any questions that you may have. Will definitely be staying here again!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We felt comfortable and relaxed between our activities nearby. The location was perfect for visiting the USAF Museum, Carillon Park and Woodland Cemetery. We also found a wonderful diner nearby, Debbie's Restaurant.

The home was very clean and tastefully decorated with all listed amenities in clean and working order. Bedrooms are very spacious, kitchen is fully equipped and the property is well-maintained. The gated driveway and yard provides an extra sense of safety, neighbors were very nice, and the front porch offers a view of the Air Force Museum. Gerald was very responsive and friendly.

Gerald is a great guy and is very communicative. The house is a nice gem in a little neighborhood across from the AF museum. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for men. I’ll be looking to stay here again the next time I’m in town.

To say it's close to the museum would be an understatement. We considered walking there! Older house, roomy and comfortable, and everything worked.

My husband and I spent the day at the W-P AF museum and were definitely ready to get off our feet by 3PM. The house was just across the street from the museum, so it was a quick trip. Checkin was smooth, no issues. There was a few trains that went by during the night that woke us up, but the listing did state that there was a railroad track nearby. Overall, nice stay!

Great value and also convenient also to a great, great cafe nearby too - Pettibone Coffee. Turns out Dayton's cafe scene is in it's 4th wave. Only thing I'd ask is that perhaps the cooking pots and pans were refreshed for those who want to cook. Overall would recommend and would happily revisit. Thanks!

Check in was smooth. House is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything you need to do. It had everything we needed. We did have small problem with no washcloths but the owner was very quick to respond and to drop off them. I would definitely rent it again.

House made it feel like it was a home away from home and the owner replied in a timely fashion when we had questions. Definitely would stay again
