The home was very clean and fully stocked with all that you would need. It was beautifully decorated and the property manager was quick to respond if you had a question or need. Angie, the property manager, also gave great recommendations of places to eat in the area. We truly appreciated that. This home was very comfortable and inviting. The only negative was that we were unaware till right before our trip that there was construction being done on the home. This honestly did not interfere with our trip. They did not work while we were there. The only issue we ran into was when we were checking out the construction crew showed up early that morning and hung around on the property most likely waiting for us to leave. We contacted Angie and she quickly had them leave the property. I’m sure when the addition is done it will be beautiful and add even more value to this charming home. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed with our 5 kids (ages 9-16). Very cozy home! Beds, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Great towels. The living room, kitchen and dining area were perfect. We needed some relaxing time this week, so we actually spent most of our time in the house. The space was perfect for all 7 of us, despite the size of the house. Very close to Publix, gas, the beach, and all restaurants in Mt Pleasant. We came in the day that Hurricane Ian hit and Angie was in constant communication. We were very impressed and we will definitely be back!

Five of us stayed at the property and the house was the perfect size. It was extremely comfortable and we were able to hang out in the living room or dining room without feeling short on space. The deck was also an excellent place to relax. The grocery store is within walking distance and it was rarely easy to order an Uber at almost any time of day.

Rented this for a bachelorette trip and it was so perfect! Perfect location and the house had everything we needed. Will be back!

Our blended family loved staying in this house. Angie made everything so easy for us - she was readily available to help when we had a couple of small questions. We loved visiting the historical sites in Charleston and this home is very close to so many great places to visit. We would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Charleston area!

This property was great. We were minutes away from the beach, downtown Charleston and eateries. Everything was pretty much in bike riding distance. My family and I loved staying at this property. It was very clean and updated. It felt like we were at home. Our realtor, Angie, was fabulous. She was available to us from the time we booked our reservation until even after we got back home. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would.

The house was in a gorgeous neighborhood in mount pleasant. Clean & beautifully decorated. It was just a short drive to downtown Charleston. The host was very accommodating and let us check in early due to our early flight. We enjoyed making breakfast in the beautiful kitchen and just sipping coffee on the back deck each morning. Great place, great area, and a great time was had!

We were so grateful for this beautiful property in a wonderful location. It allowed us to spread out and truly relax versus a hotel room and had all the luxuries needed with a fully equipped kitchen, shampoos and soaps and even included an electric wine bottle opener!!!! Perfect in every way! Our only issue was the lack of hot water in the master bath. We were told hot water was slow to get to that side of the house, but unfortunately we never were able to get hot water. However, the main bath was perfect and we made it work for the four of us! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Charleston area. The location was convenient between downtown, Patriots Point, the beaches and some of my favorite restaurants on that side of the bay! Thank you for helping to make our girl's reunion a truly blessed weekend. Some of us hadn't seen each other in years and have been spread out all over the country, this was the perfect get away! We will definitely book again for our next reunion. Thank you!

This was our second time staying at this home and we loved it! The house was spotless when we arrived. We love the location, close to restaurants in Mt. Pleasant and only a short drive to downtown Charleston. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home in a great location. 15 minutes to downtown attractions or to IOP beaches. Great selection of nearby restaurants. House is nicely updated and included lots of extras like bikes and beach gear. Would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for our family visit. Very close to Pitt Street bridge and Sullivans Island. The house was very clean and the bathrooms were updated. Bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of dresser space. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans and the appliances were updated and very nice. We were extremely pleased with our stay and would definitely stay her again!

The rooms and the pictures posted were accurate. However because we travel with our adult daughter with Develeopmental and physical disabilities we are cautous and aware of accessability of properties. The floor plan was fine for what we needed. Howeever, My error in asking specificas about the size of the chairs the bar stools i should have asked. These chairs are not ment for adults with larger bottoms. or adults 5ft and under. the mirror in the bathroom was too low to see her face for brushing her teeth. The beds were too high she could not get in them so she slept on the couch. The bathroom with the walk in shower although was large had no grab bar, hand bar to hold as getting in and out. I suggest, that the owners purchase a basic hand bar to install in at least 1 bathroom and show that in discription . THis brings safetly for anyone who may experience some form of uneasyness getting in and out of wet showers. Its a safety feature. Also the size of the chairs, having 6 full size seats would benefit 6 adults staying in the house. The 4 chairs around the table were good, but the other stools were not. Another suggestions, have a chair in the bedrooms, not having that for our daughter who couldn't get on the bed she had no place to put her clothes on she cannot balance. but we brought the chair in from outside and had it in the bedroom so she could sit and put her socks and pants. on. We have learned to adapt. but if you are interested in meeting these simple needs of safety for bathroom and accessab ility these are inexpensive things you can add to the house for people like our daughter. have a safe and prosperous 2022.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Location was exactly what we were after: about 15 minutes to historic Charleston and 5-10 minutes from Sullivan’s Island beach.

Charming home in great condition and very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed the back yard and deck for evening picnics. The house is on a busier street than I realized, but that didn’t detract from the charm of the home.

With me was my 87 year old mother, 2.5 year old granddaughter and daughter. To have a place that everything is on one level is extremely important for their safety. The accommodations were very good for all of us and the location of the property was accommodating to numerous things. Thank you
