The property is spacious, comfortable and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool is lovely and views of the bay from the balconies are beautiful. Each of the three bedrooms has its own full bathroom and the kitchen has everything you’d need to live comfortably.

Beautiful condo that had wonderful gathering spaces, well equipped in every way. Beautiful porches for watching nature and sunsets!

We just left after 5 days and had the best time. Four adults and 4 kids and the condo was perfect. An amazing location with a gorgeous view. We had coffee on the balcony every morning & drinks at night while the kids slept. The pool on the roof was the perfect size for our littles & the gym was small, but nice to have on location. We visit Ocean City every year and definitely will be back for our annual trip next year!

Wonderful location, clean and well stocked/furnished unit, quiet building, and we love the private bath for each of the 3 bedrooms. It’s close to some nice restaurants and the beach, but provides a little more peace and quiet than the boardwalk areas, which is still just a short drive away. The view never gets old and the Benchmark staff has always been so easy to deal with. We had some trouble with our door code when we first arrived this year, and they returned our call in a matter of seconds and had us right in. The booking process has always been a breeze. Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark!

The steps and elevator to the condo were very convenient and the parking garage underneath is huge. The location is great for restaurants, groceries, mini golf, and the beach. Being on the bay gave us beautiful sunsets...took pictures every night! We had 1 small issue which was quickly resolved. Overall, the 10 of us had a great week!
